According to the all-powerful Jimmy Iovine, Angie Miller (center) won tonight’s first round (Jimmy’s Choice), Kree Harrison (right) won the second (Judges’ Choice), and Candice Glover won the third (Producers’ Choice). But Candice’s soulful rendition of “Somewhere” was so transcendent, he said, that she flat-out won the entire night.

“If you don’t want to vote for Candice, call your doctor — you might not have a pulse!” sputtered judge Keith Urban (Everyone’s Choice).

Meanwhile, the Top 3 ladies headed home for the Hero Visits! Did you cry? I was a mess! Top 3 Triggers of My Tears: Candice’s church welcome, Angie’s screaming friend-puddle, and Kree’s emotional return to the home of her late parents, where she and sister Laci had grown up.

I agree that Candice was the clear winner of the night — what about you?

Oh, and is it at all possible that maybe Angie just plain old might not love playing the piano?

Stay tuned for my recap later on. Update: Here it is!
