Let that professional train-wreck career begin! Just one day after Lindsay Lohan’s Playboy cover hit the Web, the actress’ entire photo spread in the magazine is also poised to go viral. That’s right: Uncensored pictures starring the actress are now available online! (Click here to see them.)

So how does she look? Well, like Lindsay Lohan naked. You all might be clicking through the photos, looking at Lohan’s hidden gems, but I’m distracted by something else entirely: The uncreative set. Seriously, as much as I know it’s inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s Playboy photo shoot of yore, I still can’t help thinking I haven’t seen anything so one-note since the acting in I Know Who Killed Me. Rosie O'Donnell vs. David Letterman: Whose monologue was meaner?

Rosie O’Donnell didn’t like what David Letterman had to say about her, or her fiancée Michelle Rounds, during the opening monologue on his show Tuesday night. But, rather than apply the old “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt” adage, O’Donnell opted to hurl said stones right on back. During the opening monologue of her show on OWN, O’Donnell criticized Letterman for his “loving, supportive comments,” when he joked, “The woman she is marrying, her fiance, was driving and her car broke down. And guess what happened? Rosie pulls up right behind her in her tow truck.”

After showing the clip from The Late Show with David Letterman to her audience, O’Donnell said, “Why is that Dave? Why? I don’t remember making fun of you when you had sex with all your interns! I didn’t do that. I didn’t make fun of your rampant, throbbing heterosexuality, did I Dave?” READ FULL STORY »

OWS occupies 'Law & Order: SVU' episode. Where's Benson and Stabler when you need them?

While a large majority of Occupy Wall Street protesters don’t seem to take issue with celebrity support, visits, or participation in the movement, filming at their expense might be another thing entirely.

According to the New York Times, the filming of an episode of Law & Order: SVU was interrupted early Friday morning when more than 100 OWS protesters took over the downtown Manhattan Foley Square set, which was transformed to look like the camps in Zuccotti Park, the home base of the OWS movement, for an upcoming episode. (Can’t you just picture the scenario in which L&O: SVU gang stumbles upon the crime scene now? In my head the dialogue sounds a little something like this: “It looks like he’s occupying… the funeral home.”) READ FULL STORY »

Kris Humphries talks divorce on 'GMA': 'You’ve got to move forward' -- VIDEO

Five weeks after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, her estranged husband Kris Humphries finally broke his silence today on Good Morning America. “For me, it’s just certain things happen in life and you’ve got to move forward,” he said. The former New Jersey Nets forward, who became a free agent this year, attempted to stay on point while he spoke about looking for a team, working with his foundation, and letting “other things… take care of themselves.”

Humphries refused to directly answer the question of whether he still loves Kardashian, saying, “I’m focused on things I can control.” All told, he approached talk of his 72-day marriage delicately, refusing to blame reality TV for the split. “I can’t say for sure” what impact cameras had on the relationship, he said. “It’s the only time I’ve been married.” One thing’s for sure, though, he won’t be watching himself on this season of Kim & Kourtney Take New York: “The only things I only watch on TV of myself is playing basketball.” See Humphries’ full interview below. Uma Thurman's smashing musical history -- VIDEO

One of the many flawed notions in the ludicrous 1996 romantic comedy The Truth About Cats and Dogs (c’mon, dogs can’t roller skate. Not well, anyway) was implying that Uma Thurman could be the beautiful face, but not the beautiful voice. (Heck, there’s an entire Facebook page dedicated to the contrary.)

In fact, Thurman is set to prove that theory wrong once again, as it was announced yesterday that the Oscar-nominated actress has signed on for a multi-episode arc on NBC’s upcoming musical series Smash. While the television casting news is somewhat surprising (though, admittedly, probably not the worst idea for the actress) the idea of Thurman singing isn’t. Thurman, who is set to play a movie star who considers appearing in a Broadway musical based on the life of Marilyn Monroe (perhaps we can expect some renditions of “I Wanna Be Loved by You” or “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend”) has already showcased her impressive vocal chops before, most notably as the tempting Ulla in the 2005 adaptation of The Producers. Listen to her rendition of Ulla’s (accent and all) theme “When You Got It, Flaunt It”: READ FULL STORY »

Parodies of Rick Perry's controversial campaign ad are going strong

You’ve almost made it too easy, Rick Perry.

In a controversial new campaign ad, the Texas governor, clad in a tan coat — which George Takei wonderfully pointed out on Twitter was almost the same one Heath Ledger wore in Brokeback Mountain (oops!) — complains that “there’s something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school.” The “not ashamed” Christian then promises that he’ll “end Obama’s war on religion.”  READ FULL STORY »

We know. It’s been a rough 2011. Throughout the past 12 months, we’ve had to sit through fare like Green Lantern, The Smurfs, and Robots Crush Things Again: Electric Boogaloo. (Of course, I’d be remiss to not mention there were bright spots.) But! 2012 is just around the corner, and, boy, the year seems poised to be a feast for our moviegoing eyes. The year is offering up fanboy franchise films (The Hunger Games, The Dark Knight Rises), mysterious sci-fi flicks (Prometheus), Oscar-baiting period movies (Lincoln, The Great Gatsby), and even a popular Broadway musical (Rock of Ages). But which 2012 film have you already scheduled into your pop culture calendar? What, in your eyes, is the most anticipated film of 2012? Poll after the jump! READ FULL STORY »
