Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reportedly at odds. Speaking of odds...

Things are not looking great for the six-year marriage of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Though Two and a Half Men‘s new star has tweeted that we shouldn’t jump to conclusions — “When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME” — the tabloids are quoting sources close to Moore as saying that their relationship is teetering. Hence, paparazzi are stalking Kutcher to see if he’s still wearing his ring, Taiwanese artists have tackled the rumored discord, and oddsmakers are even speculating on their future together. According to PaddyPower.com, a website that clearly takes bets on anything, the odds of the couple divorcing before the end of 2013 are a cynical 2/5. Clearly, the smart money is thinking split. In fact, the smart money has already moved on to speculating about Ashton’s next girlfriend. Currently, Scarlett Johansson is the odds-on favorite (8/1) to land on Kutcher’s arm, with Eva Longoria (12/1), Jennifer Lopez (12/1), and Lindsay Lohan (16/1) close behind. The educated gambler in me trusts in past performance, so if I was a pathetic, compulsive gambler, I’d like Courteney Cox (25/1) and Madonna (33/1) as smart bets. I’m not compulsive enough, though, to lay money down on Sophia Loren (90/1).

Are you repelled by the practice of gambling on a marriage’s demise? Or is this the best news Lindsay Lohan has heard since Mean Girls?

This is very sad if they are splitting. They are both decent people. It would be such a shame if their marriage collapsed. Marriage, in my experience, takes work. A lot of work.
My husband and I are just really open and honest with each other, and we’re just really there for each other.
I think my husband taught me a lot about inner beauty and confidence in myself. I’m slim but voluptuous. I’ve got curves and a large bust but it seemed that men were more interested in my chest than my personality. My exes seemed obsessed with my cleavage. They were always going on about my breasts, and in bed they practically worshipped them, while I wished they concentrated their attention elsewhere.
My husband’s in love with the person inside of me, and the outside of me is just a bonus. I feel better—so much better now than I ever did in my twenties. I know who I am. And as a result, I feel much sexier.

Seriously??? You need a friend to talk to, honey.

It’s a troll; I’ve seen this comment a few times on EW. Ignore the trolls, they obviously have no life.

I think she is an inspiration to woman. She fell in love and they both wignlilly exchanged vows of the soul to last a lifetime. He is a douchebag and cheated (more than once allegedly) she tried to work it out with him and obviously he didn’t want to play ball. So she did what she had to, to preserve her self respect and integrity. I know how this breaks you in half to the core. I filed for divorce from my repeat offender this week to. You are numb it feels surreal and you wonder where did the man go who I married, bottom line he doesn’t exist anymore and perhaps never did. Narcissists are incurable the only cure for your life is to erase them from yours and let them move on to new prey. Demi you are a woman of dignity.

You are so stupid. Men will say anything to a woman if they believe it will get them something….and they wil f— anything that walks. Only YOU can feel secure within yourself by how You feel not by what a man tells you.

“This is very sad if they are splitting. They are both decent people. It would be such a shame if their marriage collapsed. Marriage, in my experience, takes work”…..And NOW, all about ME! !!!!! I don’t know what’s sadder!

And Lorraines everywhere wince that you chose this as your nom de plume. Find another handle, babe, if you’re going to post this kind of crap.

Divorcing by the end of 2013? That’s over two years away. Will & Jada will be done by then. And some couples who aren’t even married yet.

    • Jack

Agreed, they’ll be done before 2012 is out.
Where there’s smoke there’s fire. She’s almost 50 for God’s sakes, he’s 33.. he needs to get with someone who can give him children. (And no, Rumor Willis does not count as his child!)

      • Tomo

Yep, before 2012. Hey, they had a nice run. I don’t think anyone thought it could survive the age difference, long term. I’m sure it’s hard on both of them, but it sounds like too much bad stuff has gone on to make it work much longer.

    ..

  • Kelly

He may or may not love her but why did he hook up with her in the first place. Her movie career was over in the early 90′s. He could have gotten so much better tail.

    • kaydevo

Wow. I can tell your a “real catch,” neanderthal.

    • radiwarsx

Bruce Willis hired him to get her to fall in love with him, and then break her heart.

      • Lee

Man, he’s so much meaner than I imagined! And the long-term thinking involved, too. Wow. And Kutcher doesn’t come cheap, so there’s the money. I hope it was worth it to him.

  • ahhhpoetry

Really who cares? Leave them alone!

  • Michael

SO much for woman being perfect and knowing everything

  • Michael Sacal

What will Earl, Joy, and Crab Man think of this?

  • mike

    WHO CARES????

    • Li

Oh, c’mon, mike, you know you do. You clicked on the article, read it, then commented. I can tell it means a lot to you. Go ahead, get it out. Cry if you need to.

He also mentioned that he and Demi relaly love to use Twitter, even when they’re sitting in the same room. A lot of times my wife and I sit across from each other and tweet, it’s a little bizarre, he admitted. No wonder their marriage is in trouble!

  • Carlos

I agree with Mike, no one gives a s&&t. Demi should have never married this kid. She’s old enough for his mother. In about 5 or 10 years, Demi will look like a hag and Ashton will still be young and handsome. It’s going to be looking for something pretty and young, not an old hag.

    • Lidia

Ashton Kutcher will be old one day too and so will you! everyone in the world will be old so you can look at your self in the mirror and tell yourself your an old hag one day.

      • Oh, Lidia

Carlos is already an old hag. That’s why he’s so sensitive about it.

  • matchmaker

Ashley Simpson, Minka Kelly, Kourtney Kardashian- if she broke up with Scott, Vanessa Hudgens or Olivia Munn would be better matches than anyone on that list.

  • DaChopsss

The sad thing is that Demi has spent immense time and money in trying to keep aging at bay but yet says how comfortable she is being the older woman in the relationship. If you want a good example of this, think back to all her semi-nude self taken mirror shots! Had she married someone her own age, she could be comfortable in her own skin and not trying to keep the attention of a husband who appears to have a thing for young, opportunistic blonds who wear too much make up. It’s hard for me to feel sorry for someone who marries a man who would most likely have more in common with her oldest daughter than her.

  • growing old

so much ageism out there. Keeping up appearances in Hollywood would be a hard job. I think she did really well. Trick is not to let it slip. We all grow old and die, and Demi Moore looked fantastic up till 48. Trick is keeping up the good work. She is Demi Moore and still sexy and beautiful. He just clawed his way to the top.

  • Kristie

Ashton you better be good to Demi, you will reget it the rest of your life if you mess it up

    • Karen

      Listen DaChopps,
Not all marriages that have an age difference end with divorce. There’s an 11 year age difference between me an my husband and we’ll be married for 16 years this month. So don’t judge their age difference. My husband and I have a lot in common as far as what we like and dislike. So if you’ve never been there don’t judge it. All marriages have problems Demi and Ashton are no different than any other couple on this planet. They have to work at theirs like anybody else. So don’t pull the age card, cause I know marriages that are no more than a year apart in age or the same age that don’t fare any better.

      • Mitch

Karen, PaddyPower.com has the odds of you and your husband getting a divorce at 2/5 also.
