you are all failures. (keep reading, get surprised)
I love Glee. I love this blog.
    The two are not incompatible.
zThere are two sides to every coin, so this blof is just as valid as the Glee-love blogs.
This one makes me laugh harder.

I myself am a nineteen-year-old showtunes-loving college student, and I despise Glee. However, I’m part of a blogging website called Tumblr, where about 80% of my followers are Gleeks. Therefore, even though I can’t stand the show or its music, I am kept updated on the whole shebang because that’s all my followers talk about, aside from Harry Potter (of which I am a fan). I like reading articles that diss Glee – the writer is not as taken in by the show as many people seem to be.

This show is really jumping the shark. Its just silly . Not comedy – not drama -just stupid. Thats why its losing viewers like crazy. I whole heartedly agree with the positive gay story lines but its too much for the average viewer and it comes across so preachy . This is supposed to be a family show and its all about sex and it has stupid plot lines and overdoes the gay story lines that most mid American parents are not going to want their little kids to watch. Just make a show about gay high school students

So i hear Blaine and Kurt are going to have sex. I want to see Fox show that. I want to see one of them go down on the other or one of them on all fours. I doubt it

This might have already been said here, but I just think the whole baby plot line was such a massive massive flaw. Obviously, they couldn’t have Quinn keep the kid, because that would become so boring and horrible to watch so very very quickly. I actually thought they did quite well in sending the baby off with Rachel’s mum – totally unrealistic, of course, but it’s Glee, people. There is nothing realistic about the show. So that was all well and good. But why – WHY – would they bring those characters back? And what right-minded adopted-mum would dangle a gorgeous child in front of the birth parents? Who are teenagers – and let’s face it – teenagers live in the moment and are selfish in their actions. I know I was. “I want my child! It’s mine! Want it now!” So this lady just rocks up so the parents can have an undefined “relationship” with their kid? STUPIDEST IDEA EVER. So stupid. I just cannot imagine this ever ever happening. An adopted mum would keep the details of the birth parents, and eventually later on down the track MAYBE allow some reconnecting. But when the kid is a couple of years old? No way. It’s too stupid/risky. So stupid. And now we are drawn back in to the stupid baby plot that never should have happened in the first place. UGH. GLEE WHY MUST YOU KEEP GIVING US THESE QUESTIONABLE PLOTS?? *end rant*

I didn’t see this week’s episode, but I saw the premiere (only because I was in my college dorm common room, and everyone else was watching). I didn’t believe it was even possible, but I think, so far, season 3 has been even worse than before. Not only is it not funny anymore, but every single character (with the possible exception of Puck who we never see enough to dislike anyway) is excruciating to watch (they just had to ruin Burt, didn’t they? Sorry, Mike O’Malley), let alone root for. The characters don’t even have any consistent personalities anymore; they just do whatever the writers want them to do. There’s no logic or motivation behind the things they do. The writing is offensive, not to mention offensively bad, and they keep thinking they can somehow get away with it just because they slap some vague, inevitably sappy message about being “accepting” and “tolerant” at the end of each episode. Any time you’re referring to “unicorns” and “glitter” without being even remotely ironic, you know something’s terribly wrong. How Glee got a Best Comedy nomination at the Emmys and Community didn’t, I’ll never understand.
