You know in the beginning I had alot of respect for Kate, raising 8 kids, feeding them very healthy foods and just plain making sure her family got the love and attention they needed. But all that turned into how much more money can I get. I agree that those kids will severly be messed up later in life. I am a mother of 2 wonderful girls, who are in their 20′s and anyone could ask them, they have more love and support than they have ever needed. Kids don’t need money to be loved they need parents who are there for them and ONLY them not the media. I mean really, who buys a million dollar house that they seriouly do not need. I feel sympathy for the children and only the children. I’m among the ones who are glad the show is no longer, maybe those kids lives will see some sort of normality in the future. Good bye Kate, God bless to those children.
Why is it that I continually see “Toddlers & Tiaras” every time this person speaks? She’s that stage mother pushing her kids to be center stage so that she actually gets the attention. Lady, take this “down time” and seek professional help — you need it.
Can you say “ratings disaster”? That’s what the network dumb enough to put her show on the air will say if they decide to run proposed “reunion” episodes and specials. Network executives are supposed to be pretty sharp about what sells and what doesn’t. Lets hope they see this trollop for what she is. A huge pile of fart gas.
Originally this show was suppose to be about the lives of the kids but from day one I noticed that Kate had to be the center of the limelight – woman you have some major issues. No raiding 8 kids is not cheap but guess what there are plenty of families out there that have 6-10 kids and they dont have to be on TV to support them – you are abusing the kids by using them to try and gain fame. I have issues with Jon also but at least he wants a normal life for his kids – well as normal as they can get. Get over it woman and get over yourself
I noticed as early as the pumking carving in the garage episode when it 1st started. Everyone was having a good time and she insisted on stopping in the middle to clean up. The cute kids and dad were to much competition for her

Go back to nursing Kate and let your Kids have a normal life. Sell your fancy car and house and get back to the bascis.
I was a fan for about two minutes when their show first started. But I couldn’t take the way she treated Jon. I knew back then they would divorce…she has SERIOUS issues. There’s a reason why her family has nothing to do with her. I feel bad for watching that train wreck of a show. I wish me and the rest of America had stopped watching a long time ago and maybe things wouldn’t have gone so out of control. Those poor kids.
Maybe you could put a new reality porn show together. Call it: “Kate and Snooky, New Jersey nookie”….
It’s one thing for Kate to be in the spotlight (dear God), but to use her kids to make money is just gross.
Funny how I have switched sides over these years…I was on Jon’s side because Kate was so nasty, then he started acting out during their separation, so I sided with Kate, reluctantly. But now she’s talking about her kids having a mediocre life. Well guess what, it’d just be a normal kids life now….she’s NOT a movie star. Just think Kate won’t have to have a body guard anylonger, and she can get rid of that fancy car, like she was mad about John getting a couple years back. I suppose she needs that fancy car to get a job. Now that all the kids are older, she certainly doesn’t need someone to help her take care of them. Problem is that Jon think she should get out of television, but with her not getting that huge pay check, she’s going to be going after him for sure for more child and spousal support, you can bet on that. So watch what you wish for there ex-hubby, making a regular living these days.
I’m sure the judge would be realistic when it comes to child support, base on his income. It will be tough, but spagetti & meatballs ain’t (isn’t) so bad…

She’ll miss the Coach bags and freebies but unless she has squandered all of her $70K per episode, she should never need to work again. What she does seem to need is fame; she seems addicted.
Welcome to our world Kate what comes up must come down…. now you will be in our reality world, now you try and figure how to feed those kids which is your problem your the mom THANK YOU TLC about time
I emailed TLC when this show changed from cute to creepy and begged them to cancel it. Those kids have the right to grow up out of the spotlight and have a normal life, even if that doesn’t mean free fabulous trips. I think the only one really upset about this is Kate!!
these children need to be removed from this situation. i feel they are being emotionally abused by being raised in an unreal enviorment. the show is not real life and when they have to be like everyone else they will be devistated and mommy will go broke just like the rest of the worl that is raising eight kids.
So if I get you right Kate….working a “regular” job is a lifetime curse of mediocrity?!?! Wow. Mediocre and normal seems like a pretty respectable place to be if you ask me.
