It’s every actor’s nightmare — or at least 25 of them. Watch the video below to see 25 actors’ early, mostly embarrassing roles cut together in a three-minute torture reel. I would say Daniel Craig, Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Portman, and Arnold Schwarzenegger should be cringing. Also that Sarah Jessica Parker’s voice sounds exactly the same, and Sean Connery in Darby O’Gill and the Little People could have been the basis for hunky Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.

Seth Rogen in Donnie Darko is not embarrassing . That a good movie. Can’t say the same for Jennifer Aniston, Natalie Portman,Daniel Craig and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Also why is SJP dressed like Annie when she is talking about animals.
Because Annie’s favorite animal is her pal Sandy the Dog (not the only dog on this video clip montage BTW…major WOOF on some of these performances).
SJP was Annie on Broadway.
She was in Annie on stage so that was likely a Sesame Street style show
Hasn’t Natalie Portman been famous since Leon?
According to IMDB, both Leon and Developing (short) came out in 1994.
Funny: SJP’s voice hasn’t changed much, and neither has J-Aniston’s acting by much either.
sjp was and still is not very attractive!
It’s weird…Ben Stiller looked like Stephen Baldwin or something! LOL
But Ben Stiller is impersonating Tom Cruise in that clip, which aired on SNL. Sure, some of these are embarrassing, but jeez, not all of them.
It’s silly to have that Ben Stiller clip in . that was not embarrassing That was a very funny parody on The Color of Money on SNL and he was doing Tom Cruise. And SJP was playing Annie at that point in her career.
Dare I say it? Jack Black almost looked bad-boy hot in NES III.
He looks like he should be leading a motorcycle gang running around trying to scare kids off of his beach.
I love Darby O’Gill & the Little People. It’s requisite St. Patrick’s Day viewing at my house.
There is something very Gaston-like in Sean Connery here. Have to wonder if the Disney animator was “inspired” by this performance. Bradley: When you saw “Beauty and the Beast”, did you think Gaston looks very Sean Connery-like?.
It’s pretty hard to pay attention to what he looks like in the film, since his Irish accent is bad enough to induce a migraine.
“Darby O’Gill” is AWESOME! Love it!
Darby O’Gill rocked and Sean was great in it.
ScarJo’s acting hasn’t improved at all.
Oh, Denzel. Sadness.
Agreed on ScarJo. Sad to say the same about Keanu.
Denzel, though, his delivery of that line in the video just dripped sarcasm about the jivin’-shuckin’ stereotype was STEALTH, man! Subversive disgust at having to SAY those words, that sly slow-burn style of his in its nascent stage. Denzel showed promise even then!
And that clip of Buscemi has confirmed what I always suspected of him: He’s the first vampire-American in show business!
Carbon Copy is an interesting movie, and you’re right–Denzel gave those lines some devastating irony.
Nicole Kidman was great then. LMAO at Sandra Bullock with the fake dart.
Nic as a cute kid then. Her youthful Aussie accent is wince-inducing though. I’m glad she’s refined it.
I love how Sandy’s eyes widened when she looked at the dart she pulled out of her neck. Too funny.
Why is an Australian accent wince-inducing? I love it, and I wish she hadn’t “refined” it, at least in her everyday life (non-Australian movies are obviously a different story).
Seth Rogen was in “Freaks and Geeks” in ’99, way before “Donnie Darko.” Why is that included here?
bmx bandits is awesome!
I didn’t recognize Portman or Craig.
And especially Jolie.
BTW: When did Cox do the Springsteen video?
1984. And it was used to make fun of the Jules character in an episode of Cougar Town.
Sarah Jessica Parker?!!
I’m pretty sure “Airborne” predates “Neverending Story III.”
“My name’s Augie… I like sleep… I like Nintendo…”
No Tom Hanks on Happy Days or Dave Letterman on Mork & Mindy? They’re missing some good ones.
