I specifically remember an article in EW a few years ago where he talked about how important it was to keep a low profile and not say dumb things in interviews and act like an idiot in public. About 5 minutes later, he got arrested at a Walgreens for acting like an idiot in public, and now says dumb things in interviews, apparently all the time.
I remember that too!!! So hypocritical…

Yeah, the first Transformers movie was great…until they started talking. If you ask me, the only good Transformers movie was the one where Optimus Prime DIED and Hot Rod reluctantly grew a pair.
Wow… he totally reminds me of the Jon Lovitz “That’s the Ticket!” SNL character sketch from the 80′s; the guy who was always making up outrageous claims/lies to get attention. Jon Lovitz was hilarious; Shia Lebouf is just sad and annoying.
I wouldn’t care how good or bad my films were, just as long as I got paid millions.
i honestly think that shia is kind of a deusch.i see him turning into charlie sheen soon(minus the drugs hopefully)
i agree with you completely.he has gone nuts.sucess seems to have gone to his head because however bad a movie may be earning $400m domestically is no small feat

I think Shia is best at playing quirky side characters or more awkward, nerdy characters like in The Battle of Shaker Heights. I think he has really been miscast into this Hollywood leading man which doesn’t work well.
If Shia didn’t like the movies he’s done, he should man up and get a better agent or start reading better scripts. Also, he should learn to show some respect towards folks like Harrison Ford, Michael Douglas and to not make condescending or crude statements about Megan Fox.
If he really wants to be honest with an ounce of credibility, he should grow up and make better choices.
