When TMZ posts something called “Jason Segel & John Krasinski — Sex Doll Karaoke”, of course I’m going to check it out. Turns out, much to my relief, the charming actors weren’t up to any deviant behavior, rather they simply joined a bride-to-be at her bachelorette party at a bar in Ann Arbor, Michigan over the weekend for a rendition of Van Morrison’s “Brown Eyed Girl” with a sex doll. Okay, so it was a little deviant. But adorably so!
Of course, since the Internet is the gift that keeps on giving, there’s another video with The Office and How I Met Your Mother stars crooning Joe Cocker’s “A Little Help From My Friends” (is it blasphemous I enjoyed their rendition more than the one that happened on The Voice this week?), as well as one with John’s wife Emily Blunt rocking the mic with Community actress Alison Brie to Bonnie Tyler’s always-perfect-for-karaoke classic “Total Eclipse of the Heart.” Right, because I needed more reasons to like these four more than I already do. (Segel, Blunt, and Brie are in Ann Arbor shooting The Five-Year Engagement, about a couple played by Segel and Blunt who can’t quite seem to get down the aisle.)

LOL I love Allison Brie as much as the next person, but I don’t think her (and Emily Blunt’s) attempt at karoake can really be called “awesome.”
Unbelievably, I was there. Was definitely a night to remember. Could not believe it could get any better until they were up there with the doll and the bride-to-be.
As if I needed another reason to love Jason Segel. Seriously, everything that guy does, I love!
