The Tony Awards has locked up its list of live numbers, and it looks to be a doozy of a show. All the nominated Best Musicals and Best Musical Revivals will strut their stuff with performances from Anything Goes, featuring Sutton Foster; Catch Me if You Can, featuring Norbert Leo Butz and Aaron Tveit; Sister Act, featuring Patina Miller; The Scottsboro Boys, featuring Joshua Henry; The Book of Mormon, featuring Andrew Rannells; and How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, featuring Daniel Radcliffe and John Larroquette. And there’s more: Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark’s Reeve Carney and Jennifer Damiano will show us what their rebooted production is all about. The cast of last year’s Best Musical, Memphis, will take the stage. John Leguizamo will give us a taste of Ghetto Klown. And Priscilla Queen of the Desert’s Nick Adams, Tony Sheldon, and Will Swenson will perform with special guests Paul Shaffer and Martha Walsh.

They’ll be joining the cast of April’s limited run revival of Company (which includes Stephen Colbert, Jon Cryer, Christina Hendricks, Patti LuPone, and Tony host Neil Patrick Harris), who’ve already announced they will reunite for a Tony night-only special performance.

The 65th Annual Tony Awards will air live on CBS on June 12 at 8 p.m.

Glad Radcliffe will be part of the show in some form. Though, I still think many within and even outside the Broadway community feel he should have also been a nominee.

My birthday is on Sunday, but I’m making everyone wait for another day to go out because MY AZZ will be watching the Tony Awards!

I saw How to Succeed in Business a few weeks ago and Radcliffe was amazing. It’s hard to understand how he didn’t get a nomination.

The Tonys are always the most entertaining of all the awards shows. The level of talent is usually just amazing and I expect this year will be no exception.
