Reese’s speech was the best, but not because of her delivery of the f-bomb, but more because of her taking cheap Hollywood celebrities to task for trying harder to be a celebrity than talented.
It was good to hear that, “You don’t need a reality show to make it in Hollywood”. Well said Reese!

Agreed. Loved her speech and also loved all of Emma Watson’s reactions plus the HP clip. The rest was meh.
I loved Reese’s acceptance speech, especially since her presenters (mainly Rob) totally botched the presentation itself. I get that it’s the MTV movie awards and that Rob in general is awkard at those kind of things but still. Reese, showing the true Southern belle she is turned that presentation completely around. She took an awkward “Why are they even up there?” moment and made it fun, which is what it should be. Also, Patrick Dempsey please spit your gum out before getting up to speak. You looked like Britney Spears up there.
They clearly wanted Rob to act like that since he wasn’t given any scripted lines. He’s at his best when he’s just being himself. I thought his bit in the intro to Reese was the funniest part of the evening. Also, it doesn’t seem that there was a dress rehearsal for it since Patrick Dempsey thought Rob’s lines would be on the teleprompter. Cut to the teleprompter reading “Rob: ad lib”.
I totally agree Andrea. Even Chelsey H was thrown off and she’s a b*tch towards Rob. She’s always hating on him on her show.
Rob stole the show all around. Reese’s presentation, the kiss with Taylor, the best fight acceptance speech where he told Bryce he won the fight and he ripped her head off lol. Rob was the man last night in all his adorkableness. But I loved the Breaking Dawn trailer even more.
Agree with both Andrea and Haters. Loved Rob’s portion of the presentation. I watched the behind the scenes going on during the live show and Demsey and Chelsey rehearsed backstage and Rob was no where around. I have a feeling he planned all along to “screw up the joke”. It was perfect!
I agree with Andrea…i thought the whole speech before reese came up was hilarious, especially when patrick dempsey said look at the telepromter! “rob: ad lib”. and to what Haters said, it seemed obvious to me the Chelsea really liked Rob. She hates on/makes fun of everyone on her show, regardless of weather she likes them or not. She likes Justin Bieber and Tori Spelling, but makes fun of them both nonetheless. So don’t think that because she makes rude jokes about Rob on her show she doesn’t like him
Why wouldn’t you add what Reese said about Reality Sex Stars? Who cares about the f word..
Actually, a lot of people still care about the f word and are offended by it. However, the rest of her speech was great and right on target.
if you get offended by the word f**k then maybe mtv isnt the channel you should be watching. i laughed, because it slipped by not once but twice.
There’s certain times I might be offended when someone says f**k, and this show is never one of them. It fits the show. I’m much older than the MTV demographic and I got a kick out of most of the show. It’s nice to have a balance in your life, and this show always makes me laugh. If it manages to make me laugh outloud even better, if not, its still a laugh.
The best part was when it was over.

Seriously if the best that a show can do (that deliberately takes all kinds of liberties) is to come up with hot celebrities dropping the F bomb and groping each other, not to mention giving out their awards to the same awful movie over and over again, then it is time to realize that the people who put these things together are way overpaid and not worthy of claiming any kind of talent.

There are several things the MTV Movie Awards can do to be better:
1. No Twilight. It cannot be nominated for anything
2. No Justin Bieber.
3. Ban tween and teen girls from voting at all.
4. Actually be funny.

The closing credits. As always, the show is loaded with inconsequential drivel, custom built for 13 year olds and adults with corresponding intellectual and emotional maturity.
This was positively the WORST awards show ever. Who’s MTVs identified target – 11 year olds? Jason Sudeikis was beyond terrible as a host. The writers should be fired – not a single good joke in the bunch. The wins were predictable. MTV hits a new level of lameness….
I agree, worst show ever, Reese was a class act, Rob settle down a little. Jason was awful, those comments about Maria and Arnold were uncalled for, think of their kids.
Did Arnold think of his kids when he boinked the maid?
So that means Jason lowered himself to Arnold’s level. Not much defense there–
I agree with Karen … very poor taste. It was the only down side for me with the hosting this year.

The promo’s the before the actual show that reminded me it was about to come on so I could turn the TV and get on with REAL LIFE!
Justin Timberlake trying way too hard was probably the worst moment.
