For what seems to be a first for him, James Franco has retired an endeavor. To be fair, it’s only Twitter. But for the man who juggles a multitude of professional, artistic, and personal activities, his online silence is a loss to anyone who enjoyed his eclectic musings or his occasional screeds.
Can we hope that this is some April Fools’ prank? I think not. Because that would be rather lame and disappointingly uninspired for someone of Franco’s artistic ambition. I’m sorry to say he’s gone silent — for the time being.
