She owns the rights to the song. When you look up her song on iTunes, the copyright has her name not Ark. So at worst she’ll get half from the sales.
I can’t believe I am responding to this. Cocaine Charlie sets a very
bad example for imperishable younger viewers. I put him in the same category as Rosanne Barr, Mel Gibson, and Michael Richards.
You can put all four of them on a boat to some deserted island and let them entertain themselves.
I do hope the producers can come up
with a new story line for Jon Cryer,Angus T. Jones and the other
incredably enjoyable actors.

song is more then stupid as all teen music is… but i don’t get the hate. the words some people use about this child are just unbelievable.
All the hate is pretty silly. She’s a middle schooler who made a music video in her free time for fun. It’s terrible, but if you don’t like it, don’t buy it. She still sings better than me, so maybe that’s why I’m not bitter. Also, with even the absolute worst recording contract, she’s still made more than enough money to cover her costs and at least doubled what she would have made in a typical summer job. Plus, she probably had a fun time making the video, so she comes out on top no matter what. And I suspect most of the haters are pretty young. Once everyone makes it through high school, they’ll realize that this is NOT some kind of life-ruining, shameful experience. And she’ll have a great story to tell. Rebecca Black = WINNING.
