Sarah Palin: Kathy Griffin's a '50-year-old, adult bully,' 'a has-been comedienne'

The feud between Kathy Griffin and Sarah Palin marches on, and this weekend, Palin took a few jabs via Fox News. When asked for comment about Griffin’s rumored upcoming role as a Palin-type Tea Party politician on Glee, the former Alaska gov responded: “You know, Kathy Griffin can do anything to me or say anything about me, because, you know, she’s a 50-year-old adult bully, really, is what she is — kind of a has-been comedienne.”

“She can do those things to me. I would just ask for respect to my children — as she had stated on CNN that her New Year’s resolution was to destroy my 16-year-old daughter, that takes it a little bit too far,” Palin said. “Kathy, pick on me. Come up to Alaska and pick on me, but leave me kids alone.”

Griffin tweeted “U made my day!” to a supportive post from one of her Griffindors who referenced Palin’s remarks, and her publicist told ABCNews.com, “As a fellow reality star, Kathy would like to extend free tickets to her upcoming Broadway show to reality-star Sarah Palin and her reality-TV crew. Kathy supports all reality stars regardless of what they say about her.”

There’s no telling when this madness will end. If I were to make a judgment call now, I’d give this fight to Griffin based purely on the fact that she has almost 230,000 more followers than Palin on Twitter. And we know that your success in life directly corresponds to the number of spambots who read your Twitter feed. It’s okay, Palin, Tracy Morgan likes everything about you.

I find Kathy funny sometimes, too. But it’s not inaccurate to call her a bully. She is.

    • FromChicago

I love Kathy….go get her Kathy!

      • Tom

        nail that beeeeyotch Kathy

      • SteevoNYC

“Leave me kids alone”? I didn’t realize that Sarah Palin is also a leprechaun — a realization that came just in time for St. Patty’s Day!

        Now wheeeeere’s me toothpick…

        PALIN/JINDAL 2012

“DRILL BABY DRILL! DRILL BABY DRILL! DRILL BABY DRILL!” Wait…wh..what happened? Aw crap! At least I can still see Russia from my house!

      • jc

Whether you like Kathy Griffin or not (I personally don’t), you have to admit that her response was hilarious.

      • LIGrrl

Pot, meet Kettle. Kettle, meet Pot.

      • Bill

I have a feeling the “Leave me kids alone” that was quoted was a typographical error by the author, and not a reflection of Palin’s ability to speak English. Even though sometimes I do wonder if she really knows what she is saying at times. That being said, the wheeeeere’s me toothpick was pretty comical.

    • Tarc

Calling adults on the BS is not bullying – it’s justice. Griffen is awesome – I wish we had a hundred of her (focusing on various subjects).

      • deedee

how true; anytime people don’t like what you say, they call you a bully

      • const

It’s funny how this loser Kathy Griffin actually made a career based upon the character that she portrayed on Seinfeld. She’s talentless.

        I don’t agree with Sarah Palin 100%, but she’s 100% right here.

Kathy Griffin would be “courageous” if she took on a liberal politician as viciously as she has Sarah Palin.

      • Kattie

There’s nothing to Be courageous about… Sarah Palin is TOO easy to make fun of. She says something stupid every time she opens her mouth. She put herself and her kids out there for public commentary when she signed them All up for a failed Reality show about their life in Alaska. If you don’t want people to talk about you or members of your family, Don’t do a Reality Show!

      • wayne

kathy is a loser, pick on sarah but leave the kids alone

      • BG 17

To const: Do you not think that the Republicans have a stacked deck when it comes to vicious commentary (Rush Limabaugh, Glenn Beck, Bill Reilly to name a few)? I think it keeps things in balance to have a Kathy Griffin or two on the Liberal side (assuming she takes sides).

      • fireislanded

Kathy Griffin plays to her base just as Sarah Palin plays to hers. Go Kathy go.

    • LOL

Palin is a failure. Let’s move on.

      • paul

        Palin is an adult bullsh!tty!

      • Ash

Compared to Kathy, Palin is a winner. Actually, everyone is a winner compared to Kathy.

      • Will

Actually compared to Palin, everyone is a winner. Besides when Palin called Kathy a “has been” isn’t that kind of the pot calling the kettle black?

      • jp

        They’re both annoying hasbeens.

      • @Ash

Kathy has a successful career. She has won Emmys, wrote best-selling books, sells out comedy tours, has a very successful TV show.
Palin is a person who couldn’t cut it as Governor and quit. Did a reality show that nobody watched and was cancelled. Had to have conservative groups bulk buy her books to make it look like they were best-sellers. Picks fights with comedians like Letterman and Griffin, by lying about what they said, in order to get publicity for herself.
        Kathy = Winner
        Sarah = Loser

      • Brett

And Griffin is unfunny. Move on from her, too.

      • Rose

Palin is deflecting when she calls out Griffin. Palin’s daughter was in the wrong. Rather than admit her daughter’s bad behavior & her own inability to parent her children, Palin deflects by trying to make Griffin look bad.

    • Lion Blood beats Tiger Blood

A bully is someone who targets and picks on someone who’s typically weaker in some manner and usually is not able to adequately defend themselves. Sarah Palin has every possibility to defend herself from Kathy’s jokes. The only way that Kathy could be considered a bully is if Sarah admits that she’s not capable of defending herself which would mean that Kathy is in a battle of wits with an unarmed person. Oh wait…

      • Trista

What about the way she has gone after Palin’s children. How does that fit into your equation?

      • Shawn

Trista…her daughter Palin got herself knoc*ed up and then went on “Dancing With The Stars”. If you ask me, she’s fair game at this point since she has completely put herself out in the public eye…ripe for ridicule!!

      • ALM

And the reason Kathy said she’d take Willow Palin “down” this year is thanks to Willow’s bullying anti-gay comments on Facebook. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

      • jodi

The 16 year old child would be Piper, not Bristol. Bristol is the one with a baby. Kathy G is nothing but trash and a D lister is above Kathy G. Imagine a 50 year old threatens to distroy your 16 year old……..Kathy G is pure trash

      • @Jodi

No, the 16-year-old child would be Willow; Piper’s the youngest girl. Griffin never used the word “destroy” (that was Sarah-the-misquoter).

      • To Jodi

Kathy was talking about Willow Palin, because Willow was in the news for making making expletive-filled, abusive, anti-gay remarks on Facebook. Kathy didn’t use the word “destroy” but said she would take Willow down. Maybe if Sarah Palin was paying attention to her children, Willow wouldn’t have been able to post such ugly, bullying remarks, and wouldn’t have gotten any attention from Kathy or the press.

      • Sugar

The fact tat a 50 year old would even bother to say she would “take you down” to a 16 year old is ludicrous and says a LOT more about the 50 year old in question than it does about the 16 year old’s mother.

      • @Sugar

Kathy is a comedian who comments about people and events in the news. Willow Palin was in the news, so Kathy & lots of other comedians made comments about her. They wouldn’t have been able to make comments about Willow if she didn’t bring attention to herself with her bad behavior. The fact that Sarah Palin ignores her daughter’s disgusting public behavior and acts as if she was targeted for no reason, shows that she is a liar and poor role model for her children.

      • Tarc

If Palin’s brats put themselves in the media (beyond the way their parents shill them for political gain), then they are fair game. If Palin can’t parent them, then someone should.

      • Soap On A Rope

@Jodi; Here at the home we all just loved your Star Wars movie “Return of the Jodi”. Is it difficult to use a light saber?

    • QJ201

oh c’mon. The Tea Party Kettle calling the Pot(ty mouth) black.

Ms. Palin does her own fair share of bullying using values as a front.

      • HoneyB

I was thinking the same thing.

      • wayne

honey b,don’t sound like you think at all-you and kathy

      • kimmy

you made me lol QJ. comlpetely right. palin is as much of a “bully” as griffin.

    • Kris

I agree. I find her funny but a bully is exactl what she is. She tears apart other celebrities (usually people more famous than her) that’s her entire act.

      • Linda

Kathy Griffin is a definite insecure bully who “acts” – that’s just it, she “acts” on people who are smarter than her, prettier than her, who are more successful than she is and on people who happens to be vulnerable. I wish someone would give Kathy Griffin a lesson in humility. People who love her must love nastiness, filth and everything that is the opposite of good, because to me, she’s just that, plain nasty and doesn’t care who she hurts. It will come back to haunt her one day. Most probably when she’s at her most vulnerable. I lost interest in Ms. Griffin when she said her piece about our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I have no use for a blasphemer like Ms. Griffin and she justifies herself by demeaning people. In reality, she’s only making a complete fool of herself. She’s such a sorry excuse for a human being. I don’t care who Ms. Griffin worships but don’t use my Savior in your “act”. He’s already been publically humiliated once and He died for His efforts. He died so we could have life, not for Ms. Griffin to make fun of. I don’t think Jesus likes for any of us to be made fun of much less make a buck off of as Ms. Griffin is doing to those she “uses in her act”. Ms. Palin is holding her own. People who have good sense know that Ms. Palin is doing what she can to hold her family together. You walk a mile in her shoes. I’d like to be standing beside Ms. Palin with Ms. Griffin on the other side of us on Judgment Day when God judges Ms. Palin and Ms. Griffin side-by-side. I can’t wait to hear what He has to say about Ms. Griffin. I hope she has repented by then.

      • @Linda

Delicious satire, Linda. Thanks for the smile.

      • jp

Linda, you lost me at “smarter than…” line. Sarah Palin isn’t even smarter than the yogurt in my fridge.
Oh, glancing up again at your post, I see you’re getting God involved. I’m sure He doesn’t appreciate that.

      • Tarc

Interesting repug doublespeak. Gridden calls Willow on her hatespeech and gay bullying – as any decent human being would do – and suddenly she’s a ‘bully’? Hysterically ludicrous gibberish.

      • maggie

        @Linda,
Kathy’s speech at the Emmys wasn’t about knocking Jesus. She was satirizing all the award winners who thank Jesus for the award. She has made fun of them for thinking that Jesus cares about Emmys, Oscars, or Grammys. She also makes fun of athletes who win and thank Jesus, as if Jesus cares who wins a sports contest.

The fact that you can’t understand satire is sad. BTW, Kathy is Irish-Catholic, so you both believe in the same savior. And Jesus tells us to not judge others, so what will He say about you?

      • ash ketchum

kathys was only raised catholic, maggie–shes called herself a “militant atheist”
but yea she was still satirizing

    • DRG

I wish they would both go away.

      • suby

        Thank you.

    • stu

      I wish Kathy was a has-been= GONE!!

    • Well…

I don’t think of her a bully… she’s just someone that calls someone out when they need to be.

And “Mother” is Sarah’s second favorite role to play, the first being VICTIM.

Stop complaining Sarah. It’s because you’re so vile you get this… it’s deserved.

      • wayne

        wrong

      • Rose

@wayne, you are the one who is wrong. Sarah Palin is always playing the victim.

    • Dan

Sarah Palin – An Adult Idiot

    • jc

I’m sure about half the country had the exact same first thought pop into their minds too. “SARAH PALIN IS CALLING SOMEONE ELSE A BULLY?” Excuse me, Mr. Kettle? Mr. Pot is on the phone!!!”

    • Riley

The “bully” in this scenario is Sarah Palin’s 16 yr old daughter, who called people she didn’t even know, ugly names on her Facebook page. How sad is it that Sarah Palin is in complete denial that her own child is the “bully” here. This is the perfect example of why bullying continues to happen in our schools today!

    • Color Me Impressed

As much as I’m not a fan of Palin, I think shes being pretty d*mn reasonable here. Griffin is a bully (and a rather unfunny one) and I think its reasonable to ask that Palin’s kids be left alone. For Christ’s sake if you have to make fun of Sarah’s kids because you can’t find anything else to make fun of her for, then you’re a pretty lousy comedian. Palin is one of the easiest comedic targets out there, you shouldn’t have to resort to insulting her kids; thats just uncalled for.

      • @Color Me Impressed

Palin’s kids star in a reality television show. Palin made her kids public figures. If Palin wants her kids to be left alone she shouldn’t let cameras follow them around and put the footage on television. But Palin is making big money from expoiting her kids.
Palin needs to keep her daughter from bullying people and then Kathy Griffin wouldn’t have anything to talk about.

    • AD

Palin is a major bully (if we can throw that over-used word around). She trashes everyone and tears down everyone and everything that isn’t her version of how life should be.

    • Foxer

      Also “Griffin”dors? No. Just, no.

  • Too obvious…

How about a pay-per-view cage match with Griffin and Palin (Ricky Gervais as MC)?

  • whatevs

As much as the both annoy me, I’d have to give this one to Palin.

    • whatevs

      they*

    • A

      Completely agree – 100%

Something is seriously wrong when a 50 year old woman has to go after a child – that’s plan old weird and if it was a man – the public would be outraged.

      • Kris

Agreed. I like Kathy but attacking any 16-year-old is just cruel.

      • AltDave

Having a mother like Sarah Palin is cruel.

      • Maggie

I disagree. Willow Palin was all over the press for her Facebook comments. Willow used bad language (like the F-word), made anti-gay remarks, and threats against people. A lot of people went after Willow for her horrible comments. It was all over the news. There’s nothing wrong with Kathy calling out someone in the news for their horrible behavior, even if it’s a 16-year-old. BTW, Kathy didn’t say she would “destroy” Willow – that’s just an exaggeration by Sarah Palin.

      • Rose

Willow Palin isn’t a child, she’s 16. She’s also a reality show star which makes her a celebrity.

    • Kiley

Oh please… Sarah Palin exploits her kids every opportunity she gets. Her “innocent” 16 yr old is the Bully here! She said Vile things on her Facebook page about people she didn’t even know. That’s a Bully! If Mrs. Quitter Palin spent more time properly rearing her children, than whoring for the spotlight and crying Victim anytime someone says Boo about her, she wouldn’t be in the news and this world would be a better place.

      • @Kiley

        So true.

  • Jeff

They’re both desperate for their low level of fame. I really can’t stand either one of them but anytime Palin is in a feud, I side with the person who is not named Sarah Palin.

    • shelly

      ITA

    • Mr. Holloway

Also, at least Kathy Griffin is open about being desperate for fame.

      • K

Yes! I love Kathy because she is HONEST. Palin wishes she could be so honest. But she’s too busy complaining about the First Lady wanting our children to be healthy.
At least Kathy shows her for what she is – a reality star first and foremost!

      • Elizabeth

Cool points for Mr. Holloway – completely on the mark!

  • Susan

I used to love Kathy, but her constant harping on the Palins is so old! The whole Levi Johnston thing was ridiculous. She needs to move on from Palin and just pick on the stars and other stuff. I can’t stand celebrities that get political, serious or as a joke. Such a turn off!

    • Soap On A Rope

Kathy is trying to become a member of the TV show The View. She thinks that if she is rude and loud enough, Barbara Walters will ask her to join the panel. She definately has some sort of mental issue.

      • JR

Wasn’t she banned from The View for trying to get into the topic of Walters’ pants?

    • Maggie

Palin is a reality show star & TV commentator. She’s no longer a politician. Kathy always talks about reality show stars, so Palin is natural for Kathy.

      • Sue

I like Kathy’s humor. She wraps her humor around hot topics and gets most of us to laugh. Her targets are easy so the laughter is easy. I tried to see her show in Vegas but it was sold out, again. She has a great following and her TV show was a hit.
Sarah on the other hand is a total flop and failure in so many arenas. If she was ugly, there is no way she would have made it past mayor of some small Alaska town. She has used her looks to get this far but shes hit her ceiling. She more than risen to her level of incompetence and that is why she quit the governorship. She quit before all the scandals hit and the real big lawsuits followed. I have nevered been impressed by her or anyone in her family. They seem like a bunch of wannabees that show up everywhere with no talent, no smarts and nothing to say. I wish they would fade away. Sarah is lucky that Kathy is doing a slight parody on her – that is the only way to keep any interest in the Palin hicks.

  • Opine

EW loves any excuse to put Sarah Palin on their home page. Kathy Griffin is a horrible human being, but if Palin commented on her it made her day. Now, go ahead and blast me.

    • Tarc

Sarah Palin is proabbly the most horribe human being in the public eye today. Frankly, she deserves every second of the lambasting that she gets.

      • Tom

Actually, Griffin already got that title. She has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Palin isn’t much better, but Opine got this one exactly right.

      • Tarc

Funny, she’s so awful that she has a huge fanbase, a Grammy and an Emmy. It took Palin five community colleges to find one that would give her a degree, she’s (partly and poorly) raised a brood of ignorant, ill-mannered brats, quit a term as Alaska’s governor, and made a total fool of herself making a failed national political bid. Stupid, loser, quitter, bad parent, egoist… yeah, no one is worse than Palin.

      • Al

Palin has a huge fanbase too. Doesn’t mean much.

      • A

Key work “Sarah” Palin – not Willow or Bristol – these are still children. I’m surprised she hasn’t started with Trig.

      • Rhymes With Pistol

No, Bristol Palin’s over 20 now, hardly a child. Add to the fact that she’ll take money from anyone willing to hear her speak or put her on TV, and she’s officially fair game for anyone.

      • Maggie

        @A
Kathy made remarks about Willow Palin when Willow was in the news for her horible behavior on Facebook. Kathy was commenting on what Willow posted on Facebook, and said she would take her down. Kathy never said she would “destroy” her.
        *
On Facebook, one of the comments that Willow herself posted was, “You can’t talk sh!t and expect not to get anything back.”
Kathy was giving back to Willow for Willow’s ugly comments.

      • @Tom

Don’t confuse Kathy’s comedic public persona with the real her. Kathy Griffin spends much of her spare time visiting troops on USO tours. She has been to war zones like Afghanistan & Iraq to entertain the troops. Back in the US she regularly visits wounded soldiers in VA hospitals. That is a very big redeeming quality.

    • Opine

Thank you Tom – most missed the point of my post. Not really their fault. Some see the name Palin and go into instant rabid dog mode. Meanwhile Nero is playing his fiddle…. I mean BO is playing golf.

      • Tarc

Really? You’re seriously going to go there? Please ask the Republicans of the last 30 years why their economic policies have destroyed the American economy. And the guy who did it – the very Republican Alan Greenspan – agrees with me on this one. When the Repugs are using flamethrows every minute of the day, no surprise the country is burning.

      • Opine

Keith Olberman!!!! is that you? I wondered where you went!

    • halo

      No blasting Opine.
      Just total agreement!!

  • TCinNJ

Palin is a moron – this is exactly the publicity Kathy wants; her whole shtick is being on the D List. Go Kathy!

    • Lois

Exactly! Kathy Griffin is probably hoping Palin talks more about her.

  • Prunella Von Schleidlhaagen

Palin called someone else a bully? That’s rich.

    • Alex

      THIS. Times 1000.

Of course, though, Palin will never see the hypocrisy of her statement, regardless of the fact that she recently stepped up to her bully pulpit and took aim at an unelected woman pushing to combat childhood obesity.

      • Maggie

Palin also doesn’t see the hypocrisy in telling Barak Obama how he should be running the country, when Palin wasn’t even up to finishing one term as governor of Alaska.

      • halo

Lol forgetting that Griffin attacked her children WHO DID NOT ASK TO BE IN THE SPOT LIGHT….

You can dislike Palin and still have RESPECT for her family.
You know like the RESPECT Palin has for OBAMA’S kids

Love to know what you would think if Grffin passed her time making fun of Obama’s kids???

        The HYPOCRISY is sickening.

Oh and Maggie dear she was on her SECOND TERM. I hate the women but seriously you need to get over it!!!!

      • @halo

Palin was in her FIRST terms as Governor. Alaska Governors are elected for a 4 year term. Palin was Governor December 4, 2006 – July 26, 2009. That a little over 2 1/2 years.

If Obama’s children went on Facebook and wrote the stuff that Palin’s daughter did, they would be talked about as well.

      • Lois

@halo: “her children WHO DID NOT ASK TO BE IN THE SPOT LIGHT…”
The Palin children star with their mom on her reality show on TLC. They’re TV stars due to their mom. Cameras followed them around all day, and they broadcast their private life to the world. The Palin children are public figures.
        ____________
@halo: “she was on her SECOND TERM”
No, she left in the middle of her first term.
        _____________
If the Obama children starred in a reality show they would be public figures on their own. Any bad behavior would be a topic for public discussion and jokes. But the Obama children aren’t TV stars, and aren’t exploited by their parents, so they are left alone. Sarah Palin not commenting on them has nothing to do with respect. Palin doesn’t comment because there’s nothing to comment about.

      • @HALO

I love it when people like you, who don’t know what they are talking about, try to lecture others. ROTFLMAO at your comments!

      • Rose

        halo,
        The Obama/Palin comparison is bogus.
1.Obama is a politician & his kids are kept low profile.
Palin is a FORMER politician & current TV star. She made her children TV stars by having them star on her show with her.
        2. Obama’s kids are well behaved, and haven’t done anything to call attention to themselves. Willow Palin’s bad behavior online called a lot of attention to herself.

  • Sharon

Soooo…she’s offered a part on a hit television series and she’s supposed to turn it down because she does some jokes about the Palins in her act? Sorry, Kathy has a right to earn a living just like the rest of us – if the producers think she is right for the part, and she wants to do it, I don’t think an issue exists.

    • kross

Obviously, you missed the whole point here. Griffin stated that her new year’s resolution was to destroy Palin’s 16 year old daughter. How old is Griffin anyway? SHe acts like a 13 year old in middle school. Grow up already.

      • Tarc

And that daughter is pretty heinous, and thinks it’s grand to try and destroy/harm/hurt other people. She put herself into the public eye with eyes wide open, so she – like everyone else that chooses to do so – deserves to be called on their BS.

      • Sharon

No, I didn’t miss the point. Kathy Griffin is an actress/comedienne – in addition to making outrageous jokes in order to get attention, she also performs in scripted television shows in order to earn her livelihood. Just because she made a joke about the Palins on New Year’s Eve, I don’t think that means she cannot accept a paying job portraying a character “based” on Sarah Palin – what does one have to do with the other? Or are the producers on “Glee” also involved in this conspiracy against the Palins? And how is this one-time role on the show going to “destroy” any of the Palins?

      • ALM

Griffin never said “destroy”; she made a joke that it was Willow’s turn to go down. The same Willow who likes to bully on FB.

  • Mason

As if we needed more proof that Palin doesn’t get anything. Whoof, right over her 50 year old, has-been head.

  • Peter Vee

Yes, and by stooping to snipe at said comedienne, you have proven – once again – that you are not worthy of public office.

    • Kelly

So when Obama snipes at others he is what?? He uses his bully pulpit for his personal gain. Mrs. Palin is not an elected official.

      • Say What?

Oh please. You are out of your mind if you think Obama snipes at anyone at the rate Palin does. That’s Palin’s whole schtick–all she does is criticize others while ducking responsibility (can’t finish my term because I want to chase after $$’s instead). I would love to hear her talk without taking swipes at someone–but we all know that won’t happen!

      • SC

When has Obama ever gotten into a PR war with someone in the entertainment industry?

      • Juneau

So lay out all your examples.

      • egare alle

        THANK GOD??????

      • Maggie

        Kelly,
please state examples where Obama has gotten into a petty fight with a comedian. And also some examples how Obama has used “his bully pulpit for his personal gain.”

      • @Maggie

Don’t you know that when the right has no defense for their actions they just make up stuff about Obama?

  • Mike

I hate to say this, but I agree with Palin, I love Kathy Griffin, but going after Palin’s minor children is going a bit far.

    • David E

It was a joke, nimrod. Since new years has Kathy said anything about tge sixteen year old?

      • Mike

I’m sure when and if you have a 16 year old daughter, you would embrace such joking with open arms. Nimrod.

    • Tarc

And I guess that I missed the part where Palin corrected the heinous bile that spewed from said 16 year old daughter’s mouth. If Palin can’t properly parent (which she’s illustrated over and over), then someone has to.

      • Mike

And I’m sure when you were 16, you were making your parents proud left and right like all 16 year olds do.

      • Tarc

Actually, I was – and still am. And I managed to do it without being a bulying bigot. But then again, I had good parents with a operating brain in their heads and actual morals.

    • Aunt Sassy

Oh Mike, grow a pair. Palin is the one who constantly pushes her minor children into the spotlight so she best be prepared for people to go after them. If Palin had kept her kids lives PRIVATE it would be strange for Kathy Griffin to be saying a word about them. Oh, and her 16 year old has a tendency to spout all sorts of bat-sh!t crazy stuff all over the internet, so as far as I can see she deserves whatever she gets. Palin can’t have it both ways – here kids, be in the limelight, but hey world, you can’t say anything critical about them.

      • Mike

And this is coming from a person who HATES HATES HATES Sarah Palin. There are still lines you do not cross and going after a 1 year old is one of them. Every single person on here did stuff at 16 they are not proud of.

      • Tarc

Yeah, and since Palin is obviously a completely negligent parent, someone need to inform Willow that her hatesppech is not acceptible. That’s all Griffen’s ever done. It takes a village, dude.

      • @Mike

If Palin doesn’t want her children to be in the spotlight she shouldn’t have made them reality tv stars. They star with Palin on her tv show. That makes them tv celebrities like the people from The Hills or Jersey Shore or any other reality show. Palin’s daughter posted some ugly things online and got called out by Griifin. If Spencer & Heidi or Snooky posted the awful comments as Palin’s daughter they would be called out as well.

  • rey

kathy griffin cab be annoying. but palin is even worse. she revels in her ignorance. she is proud to be not educated. her biggest criticism of the president is that he’s TOO SMART!

    • kross

Why do people who preach about someone being ignorant leave the worst posts? Look at your grammar and spelling.

      • Tarc

Why do people that have all the mastery of fifth grade spelling seem to think the important part of thinking is spelling? In short, if you have to nitpick the spelling, you’re ignoring the point – and it makes the nitpicker look ridiculous.

      • Mike

Oh shnap kross, you just got pwned. Is my internets lingo too much for you to handle? Double pwn? Oh my shnazlle dazzle. Lmao

  • Bob R

    Griffin is only 50?

    • Soap On A Rope

Give me a break. In addition, she has had several plastic surgeries. I’m afraid that Kathy’s uglyness is on the inside, not the outside. She needs to see a shrink.

      • whatevs

I think everyone would agree that her ugliness is on both sides.

      • Tarc

Nope, everyone would not agree. She’s far less ugly than the bigoted, moronic bile that comes from the palin clan on a regular basis.

      • Mike

Palin is a chunky monkey with fake reading glasses and a pea-brain. *gag*. Kathy Griffin has sense, much of which her criticizers fail to comprehend…to which I laugh.

      • Soap On A Rope

@RARC and Mike. You both know that you don’t mean what you just said. Your both just in a bad mood and need to take a deep breath. I don’t know if you both just got up on the wrong side of the bed or what. Sarah may one day be your President.

      • Sugar

Kathy isn’t so much ugly as she is sad. Bullies, or people who get all their attention by putting down someone else (hello, Kathy) are always insecure. Very sad.

      • Maggie

@ Soap On A Rope: “Sarah may one day be your President.”
        hahahahahahahahahahahhahahaha
This will NEVER happen. She couldn’t even handle being Governor of Alaska.

      • Soap On A Rope

Yes Maggie, if we are both so lucky as to see her elected President of the United States We will finally be able to balance the budget. There will be no wars and everyone will live together in peace. Yes we have a bright future to look forward to.

      • Tarc

@Soap On A Rope – Don’t ever speak for me. And yes, I mean every word of what I said (and it was the gentle edited version).

      • Soap On A Rope

@Tarc. Now you have gone and upset everyone here at the Happy Trails Retirement Home.

  • Julie

The fact that Sarah Palin even engages in feuds with celebrities shows that she is not qualified to be president. Most politicians ignore or laugh off jabs from celebrities, because they have perspective–not to mention more important things to worry about.

    • ALM

Exactly. But the only thing Palin worries about is whether she’s getting enough attention from the world at large, and if she’s not, she’ll manufacture an “issue” in order to put herself front and center. No one would have remembered Kathy’s comment from two months ago if Ms. Palin hadn’t conveniently reminded us. She obviously doesn’t want any of this negativity to go away, because then she couldn’t once again play the victim and gain more attention.
