If he, in his own word, “And I knew it(was wrong)as soon as I said it”, then why did he not apologize right then — i.e. the moment he knew it was wrong? What a contived apology to wait until outcry and the next day — all in the name of ratings, controversy, = more money — that is not how ‘being sorry’ actually works, Mr Beck — that is called ‘greed’, not ‘contrition’. You have to change your attitude, dude.

this is a non-apology/apology–he danced around the issue. This certainly would not make me a fan. In his words, “…what were we talking about here?”

I’m one of those “dim-whited listeners” :-) and I enjoy Beck’s show whenever I can find a minute to watch it. He may make a mistake on the radio show, where there is no time to do a lot of research before speaking. Even grandmasters make mistakes in blitz chess, under similar time pressure. On the tv show, Beck will bring in guests who know something about the topic, and take enough time for quite a lot of discussion. I prefer that, in contrast to most tv shows which stick to the old rule that the viewers won’t keep watching if it doesn’t move fast.

Those of you talking out your ear about Glenn Beck, have you ever watched his show? Why is it when he challenges anyone with evidence to prove him wrong to do so all anyone can say is “he’s a douche.” When he is wrong, which has proven to be rarely, he owns up to it, he has never claimed to be perfect. So, instead of casting judgement, prove him wrong on many of his “fearmongering, conspiracy theories.” Until then shut up.

Glenn Beck has lost all his marbles. He needs a psychiatrist. the garbage spewed forth by him,
Sarah Palin, and Rush Limberger cheese, with all the rest of the ‘tea party crowd’, stinks to high heaven.

Beck is a fearmonger, plain and simple. Watch or listen to any show, and the premise is always the same: he tells you who to fear, why to fear them, and how they will secretly ruin your life or America.
