Image Credit: Adam Rose/FoxAs Sandra predicted last week, Glee got me to do the impossible: fall madly in love a Justin Bieber song. Seriously, something about Sam’s awesomely shameless rendition of “Baby” opened up a level of Bieber love within me I didn’t know I was capable of. But can Glee pull off the same trick again? In this week’s episode (titled “Blame It on the Alcohol”), we’ll hear a song from Ke$ha, another one of those love-’em-or-hate-’em artists. I haven’t been able to appreciate Ke$ha since her glow-in-the-dark SNL performance, but if anyone can flip my opinion of her, it’s Brittany. From the looks of the preview photos, Brittany’s a dead ringer for our favorite (or maybe not-so-favorite?) glitter-faced party girl. Here’s hoping she gets a dance solo that tops “I’m a Slave 4 U” from the Britney episode.
The episode also promises to be a Very Special one that touches on underage drinking. I’m excited to see how Glee tackles this teen comedy cliché: I’m hoping for a wild party while the parents are away, where way more people show up than are invited, a game of spin the bottle leads to regrettable kisses, and somebody better knock over an expensive vase! Of course, I also hope lessons will be learned by all. Underage drinking is bad, mmmkay?
After the episode, return here to sound off about it, and check back early in the morning for Sandra’s recap!

Never heard of ‘em.
Since this is at least the second time you’ve posted today with the same level of ignornace, one has to wonder why you post at all on an entertainment site.
Why you so mad, Tarc? We are all fambly, okay? We’re a fambly here.
Just stop feeding the trolls
Worse GLEE episode ever!
The show was awful. the alcohol thread very unrealistic. What is the lesson? Don’t drink as you are about to go onstage in front of the school in your wheelchair?
I don’t want anyone to learn a lesson.
They made a good point at the end and really hit the issue hard on the head at the end. It’s not about drinking in moderation, or responsibly, but just not doing it at all. A great message for teens.
That being said, the episode was veryy scattered. Poorly assembled with dull plot conflicts (i.e. Blain and Rachel. dot dot dot)
Why would they want to hit an issue hard on the head. You have your cliches garbled. The show was not appropriate for teens or anyone for that matter.

i am so happy that brittany gets to do kesha. its gonna be an awesome show tonight!!!!!!!!
BLAINCHEL!!!
ahhh can’t wait.
I’m listening to their song right now. Can’t the writers find a flimsy reason for them to sing together every week?
I agree:) I’m such a Kurt Coblaine fan it’s insane, but I am game for a Blaine/Rachel duet
Brittany is the best from Glee…simply the best, she has a gret abody and dances in a terrific way.
Heather Morris’s legs are killer in this picture.
She has muscles on top of muscles.
That’s the first thing I thought!
I am far too excited about tonight’s episode. I can’t wait to see the kids just hanging out in a completely non-musical setting.
Heather Morris is my favorite Glee-ite.
I believe the term is GLEEK
The cliche comments are spot on and hilarious. I’m sure Glee would do something we have already seen a million times with some “lesson learned” at the end.
Ha, agreed!
But they didn’t..
But they did in a way… It started out great, then it got a little preachy.
Well none of those things happened, bit it was a good and funny try!
I would love to see Brittany performing Ke$ha. That picture of her done up to look like the singer is UNCANNY. Brittany has quickly become my favorite character on the show, Heather Morris does a great job. And my God, look at those legs!!
So excited for this episode! And seriously, GLEE haters, please LEAVE! Why did you click on the article if you dislike the show. To write hateful comments? Get a life! GLEE is not going away anytime soon so get over it!
Preach sister! I concur!!! : )
Ha, love the cliches. Unfortunately I have to catch the show tomorrow online, but loving the sound of this episode.
Ugh Kesha is awful. Awful! Also awful that the first joke of the episode was stolen from Joel McHale (and others), calling her KE dollar sign Ha.
Yeah, that was pretty terrible. The joke wasn’t even funny in the first place.
I laughed, so, by definition, it must be funny.
I laughed, never thought of it like that before. ke ha!
Joel Mchale actually took it from Michael Buckley! He coined it first!
I thought of Michael Buckley as soon as I heard it on Glee! Hahaha I hope Buck started it first!
No one owns the dollar sign joke when the woman put a dollar sign in her name.
Um, I called her that when I first saw her name in print because I had no idea who she was or how to pronounce it. I think it’s a pretty common reaction when she spells her name like that, so Joel McHale doesn’t own the joke.
I laughed outloud…funny!
Holy Ugly Dress Batman! If that green travesty is normal for Rachel, I understand why Lea Michele does sexier photo shoots.
It’s pretty normal!
Where would she even BUY that?? It looked like an old school nightgown.
Haha! I know that was like a moomoo! C’mon Rachel! Get it together, girl!
Yeah seriously, are we surprised she overcompensates with flashy dresses and sexy photo shoots? Her wardrobe is atrocious. If I had to dress like Rachel every day, I’d probably turn up the volume on my clothes too.
Eeps! Can’t wait. I could watch the Heather Morris show. I smell spin-off. Well, in my dreams.
