MTV is doing the same thing as TLC does : Create
TV shows about a bunch of nobodies that have either too many children ( Jon & Kate, 19 Kids & Counting) or have kids while still kids themselves (Teen Moms, 16 and Pregnant ) . Then the parents of these kids (the whole reason they (the parents) even get a tv show turn in to money hungry jerks (see :Kate Gosslin). Why does TV lately seem obsessed with exploiting kids nowadays? … and why the hell is that Toddlers and Tiaras still on ? This trend has to stop!!

Teen moms will stop being teens one of these days. They will grow up and so will their babies. People won’t be so interested in 20-something single moms with preschoolers – takes out a lot of the drama. These girls need to focus on being mothers and getting an education, not being celebrities!
hae macy i really like teen mom its cool and i love jersey shore the person i like the most on teen mum is you kyle and bentley is so cute…..the people i like the most on jersey shore is vinny pauly jwoww snooki and deena they are the best
im a teen and actually this is a good show it acutally shows you not to have a baby! look what they have to o thourgh.like really! you guys are just haters!
i honestly think teen mom needs to be taken off but idc this is clearly my opinion look around there are girls getting pregnant younger and younger i attend allen high school in texas !!!!! there are over a ton of girl having babies teen mom is a joke telling these stories is not helping its pretty much saying oh im having a baby and look where im at now! and what responsible things are these moms taking ? thats right none they only care about the fame !
they put it on too help avoid pregnacncy ? really because i dont see what point there trying to get across ! condoms and birth control are a joke these girls who are watching the show dont care there to busy thinking about sex or having a baby in high school !
the only thing this show is bringing to these ladies is FAME ! after twins … and now onto baby number two ! did you not learn from the first time im mot saying babies are mistakes but you clearly said you couldnt do it again that you would wait … well that was a lie because your expecting a baby boy ! what role do you think you are !? because in these girls eyes your saying its okay to be a teen mom !
I was a teen mom, had my first child when I was 17. These shows do alot of good! What you see is real, how difficult it is to finish school, go to college and raise babies…I like the show. I now have my 3 kids-ranging in age from 8-14 watching the show and all 3 have said they don’t want kids. They see the struggles and know it’s scary. I am glad a show like this is on!

It’s dumb to say that 16 and pregnant & Teen mom influences young girls to get pregant. The show is great, they talk about it in each episode how hard it is raising a baby so young and how there freedom gets taken away. People are simply jealous of the popularity the girls get.
