Sigh. I was so hoping there’d be some way to get Al Snow back, but I guess I will just have to, er, toughen up. Steve Austin is one of the WWE’s crossover stars — even non-wrestling fans like me are pretty familiar with him, and he obviously has plenty of on-screen experience. What I liked so much about Snow as the mentor, though, was his ability to turn off that in-ring persona and be a strict teacher, a focused father figure, and occasional goofball. I’m hoping Austin has that same knack, and isn’t just Stone Cold Steve Austin TM with his mentees; I hope sometimes he’s just a regular dude.

Yes…as bad as the WWE is these days, Austin makes watching this worthwhile in my book.
Al Snow is contracted to TNA, he wouldn’t be able to do this even if WWE wanted him to.

I love tough enough and i think making stone cold the host is a great move by wwe and makes me wanna watch it even more

It’s more like final-year-of WCW bad, although they do have Angle, AJ, RVD and the X division among others so it’s all bad. I prefer Ring of Honor
I think that is awesome that Steve Austin is going to be the host of Tough Enough!
After 10 years on the air, I can’t wait for the revival of “Tough Enough.” Stone Cold Steve Austin is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time and I gotta believe “The Texas Rattlesnake” has a few words on how people want to become a WWE superstar. Can’t wait for it the day after Wrestlemania on April 4th on the USA Network.
Is this some kind of joke man? Comparing having Austin host Tough Enough, to Al Snow? I like Al Snow, but the two are simply incomparable. I’ve listened to Austin many times off camera, and he seems very easy going, and like he does genuinely care about the business, and helping younger talent. Austin is an excellent fit for the show, because if there was ever anyone to take advice from regarding how to achieve success in wrestling, who better than Austin?
I guess his sagging film career made him realize that hosting this show would be his best alternative right now. Al Snow wasn’t going to host this show again, due to him being contracted to TNA, which is “somehow” regarded as WWE’s competiyion. Good luck to Stone Cold nevertheless.
What glad he the host . Al Snow sucks and TNA sucks I think they need someone good. And that’s the bottom line because Stone Cold say so and one more thing Hulk is a blowhard and a jerk
