Jillian Michaels to make Super Bowl fans sweat with GoDaddy ads

Super_Bowl_Danica_and_JillianImage Credit: GoDaddy.comYes, we all know that watching Jillian on The Biggest Loser is a bit like watching a porno: There’s a lot of screaming, a healthy dose of domination, and an accompanying shameful desire to keep watching, even if you’re a little scared about what you’re going to see. Even still, I never expected the super-empowered super-trainer to back GoDaddy.com, a company most well-known for its super-smutty ads starring super-sexy race car driver Danica Patrick. But according to CNN, Michaels will indeed star in two spots set to air Feb. 6 during the Super Bowl. “It doesn’t get much bigger than being in a Super Bowl commercial,” she’s quoted as saying. “I think shooting a spot with Danica Patrick is going to be a blast.”

Since “a blast” for Michaels usually consists of tapping into one’s insecurities while informing them of their impending death while making them run at 7.5 miles per hour on a treadmill, I imagine the grin plastered on Patrick’s face in this photo is just masking the terror she’s feeling after Michaels threatened her with an hour of squats for making her wear that eyeliner. There’s no indication of whether or not the ads will involve typical suggestive GoDaddy commercial content — girl-on-girl make-outs, bawdy disrobing, and other things that make me die inside — but here’s hoping Michaels’ image as a kick-ass babe is strong enough to overpower GoDaddy’s issues. Because I’m afraid of what I might feel if the trainer gets sexy. Did I just say that? What? Let’s talk about Subway instead.

Couldn’t give two craps about Jillian being in any commercial, but I’m honestly going to miss her on the biggest loser. bob and jillian MAKE that show more comfortable for the viewers because we’ve known them through our screens as this super duo for so long. I LOVE bob and if he leaves, that might have to be the end of many years of watching BL for me. it’s hard to say, but she will be missed and hopefully she will go back on the show someday.

What a waste of commercial space with these two dolts. Who truly cares and it’s just shameful publicity for a two-bit company such as this…oh wait…they have a bowl game now and who was watching it by the way? NOBODY!!

  • LOL

I’d love to be the meat in a Jillian-Danica sandwich!

Michaels is a bit of an odd duck. I watched an interview with her and somehow the topic was how she was in high school and she just went on and on about how bad she looked and described it in detail. They showed a picture of her from back then and I swear she didn’t look that bad at all–like a typical teenager. It was uncomfortable.

Yikes, they look like trannies. “Bad lighting on the porch!”

Well, Kate…I’m not afraid of my thoughts. A sexy Jillian Michaels? Yes, please!!

Well Kate, the ads are not really ment for your demographic, the ads are made for computer nerds to get a cheap domain and not to sound sexist, but the majority of those people are 20-40 year old men. So for them to see Danica and Jillian in skimpy outfits for them is a treat.

The fact that Jillian Michaels is even relevant makes me die inside. She threatens to make me do squats for an hour, I’ll tell her to f-off. I mean, yeah, she is hot, but this whole weight thing is blown way out of proportion. People can be fat and healthy. And if they let themselves get that big and pay the ultimate price for it, that’s on them. There’s no law on the books saying people of varying heights and general builds need to weigh a certain amount, or they’ll be sentenced to time on The Biggest Loser. The planet’s already ver-populated as it is. I’m not saying we need to start killing people to control the population, you just don’t do that, but at the same time, they made their bed and going on TV and training with a trainer who may or may not have been re-certified after their first certification almost 30 years ago is not exactly laying in it in my book.

      Edit: over-populated
