Image Credit: PRN/PR PhotosComedy Central’s next celebrity roast will be the greatest, the richest, the biggest, the best, the highest-rated, the most fun, the most exciting, the best dressed, the most luxurious roast EVER! According to Deadline, Donald Trump has deigned to submit and be roasted, saying “I’ll show up to the roast because Comedy Central is paying me a lot of money, but I’m confused as to how anybody could make fun of me.”
This development is somewhat stunning to me. First, I had no idea that Donald Trump had a sense of humor about himself. (Maybe he doesn’t, actually. Maybe this will be the roast where Jeff Ross finally gets stabbed.) Secondly, I’m shocked either that Comedy Central has that much money to sway Trump, or that Trump has so little money to be swayed by Comedy Central.
No matter. This is must-see television for me. This has the potential to make the infamous Chevy Chase roast seem gentile. If only Comedy Central has the chutzpah to sneak Rosie O’Donnell onto the dais.
Are you in, folks? And what’s the over-under on Trump-hair jokes? 14.5?

That picture makes him look like a giant oompa loompa.. without any personality
Won’t be the same without Greg Giraldo though.
Agreed on the Giraldo sentiment. I watched a string of roasts over Thanksgiving with Giraldo in them and thought to myself that the next one won’t be the same.
Comedy Central doesn’t need money to get The Donald. They just need a working camera and a time-slot. If Trump gets to talk about himself on TV, he’s there.
‘gentile’ or ‘gentle’???
Unfortunately, this means we’re all going to have to deal with forced, unfunny Rosie jokes. She is so much better than him.
I agree–Rosie should be there too, because he’s such an egotistical joke.
But Gene Simmons, the other king of
self-promotion, was able to laugh at his
own roast–he was likened to a cross between a rabbi and an Indian chief–
yet it was the funniest, most outrageous
roast I’d ever seen,so it just might be
“out-Trumped!”
The Comedy Central roasts are kind of lame. The jokes are so predictable, you can see them all coming from a mile away. And most of the time, the roasters will take a few jabs at the roastee (if that’s the proper word), and then spend the rest of their time at the mic making fun of the other roasters. And since Comedy Central usually brings all the same roasters to each roast, we always hear similar jokes. George Hamilton is too tan, Pam Anderson is a wh*re, Lisa Lampanelli sleeps with black guys, Jeff Ross is ugly, etc, etc.
With that said, I’ll probably still watch.
Not to mention how the collection of people roasted by Comedy Central is a list of crappy entertainers to begin with. David Hasselhoff, Bob Saget, Hulk Hogan? Pathetic. The person who is roasted should be a respected figure with talent, not someone who is already a loser.
The Friars Club Roast recently roasted Quentin Tarantino. Now that is a roast worth doing and worth seeing. Sadly, it wasn’t shown on TV.
Rosie O’Drunk is a big fat ugly gross pig. Kick her ass Donald.
does anyone not fear the lord. Do you all know that we will all face judgement one day.do you not know that angels record our thoughts and words. what was Donald thinking being on such a low class show. This was a very bad choice for him if he is going run run for President.
I just wathched the roast of trump it was great! Marly Madison was funny which was surprising to me. The guy from Jersy shore was a friggen morron, not even funny, the funniest thing about his bit was nobody laughed at all with him but at him! I have only watched two of these shows so far Shatner and Trump can’t wait till Sheens’ keep it up C.C.
Thank you, I’ve just been looking for information about this subject for a long time and yours is the greatest I have discovered so far. But, what about the bottom line? Are you positive in regards to the supply?|What i don’t realize is in fact how you are now not really much more neatly-favored than you might be right now. You’re very intelligent.
