I would have to agree. As a woman who is not even engaged, I am thinking the men loved you as you were. None of them seemed that excited about the women getting surgery. I think they would have done better to get a couple of psychologists to examine why these women do not love themselves. Their time would be better spent working on their insides. Plus I too am sad about Ashley! So what she pawned her ring for her car? What if she has to drive around all say for work? If that was what she resorted to, things may be really bad in this recession for her! What a shocker! Total Train Wreck featuring a bunch of bitchy insecure judgmental women who need to get over themselves!
I LOVE Bridalplasty!!! Unlike the other commentators here, I do not have too much pride to admit that these girls are lucky and that I, too, could benefit from some surgery (as I am assuming is the case with 99% of responders on here). The Swan as well was one of my favorite shows! These shows empower the participants to be the best they can be.
When a person is sick with influenza he or she doesn’t feel their best and subsequently is inhibited from doing the things everyone else takes for granted. The contestants on these shows have been inhibited in very much the same way as an illness by their own low self esteems. These surgeries are therapy to help them gain confidence in their appearance and pride in the way they look. I wish there were more shows like this on television!! Bring back the Swan and Extreme Makeover (the people edition)! Go Dr. Dubrow!! Fabulous work!!
This is definetly a new low in humanity.
It is so sad to watch these girls obsess about their looks when they are already beautiful. You can’t have perfection without imperfection. They go hand in hand.
“Shut the f— up, Netty! You big, fat, pot.”
I die.
I love this show, even though it is trash tv. The drama is just too much not to watch. I’m happy Allison got her plastic surgery too. It just shows how humanity really is though, I guess that upset a lot of people on here, it is upsetting isn’t it?
It’s the sniping and back-stabbing I can’t stand! Let them have their cosmetic surgeries; I don’t care. But for these women to be so cutthroat is utterly sickening. It feeds in to the anti-female stereotypes.
Anybody notice that all the top producers are men?!?!?!?!
Shanna is a fool and shows her true self by partaking in this show that allows desperate women to be abused for the sake of a prize. Get a backbone ladies, dont let anyone talk to you like this and have respect for yourself fat, thin big nose or whatever you cant buy pride. Cancel this nastiness!!!
Pathetic show…Didn’t they see what happened to Kanye mother over similiar plastic surgery. My God we are doomed and especially if this show really gets ratings.
These girls are definitely evaluated to see if their health is in check to handle such drastic surgeries.
Kanyes West’s mom was told by her doctor to NOT get surgery because of prior heart conditions but she still went ahead. Besides she was old! Don’t compare these girls with her.
Don’t understand how this show affects you losers, if I don’t like a show, I don’t watch or comment…plain and simple.
THIS SHOW IS SICK AND WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay ladies…..Allyson is real and needs the money. Go Ally. Jenessa has bugged me through the whole progess. She is cute but oh my what a b….. She is really not nice and so controlling. Get over yourself.
Basically, unless you know these people in real life you figure out that they tell them to say things and that its all staged. Just a thought…
I mean the way people are on and off the show… it’s WAY different I can imagine for all.
One of those girls is my cousin…
I’d keep it a secret Anonymouse
