Bristol took out two of the most likable athletes in the show’s history. I preface this by saying this will be tacky and in VERY poor taste, but if she takes out Kyle, the finals will feature three mothers–one Pistol and two women involved in fatal car crashes.

Annie, if you’d just make me your official Hidden Gem Intern (you do know that’s an indefinite offer, right? Maybe I could help with the screengrabs… be the screen grabber-er?) then I would HAVE to turn down all other Monday night plans and would never miss this again! I wholeheartedly agree with the MVG, btw. Let’s be honest here, Maks’ butt really is the MVG every week, but we gem miners have to share the love.

I agree with the others – you HAVE to participate so we know for sure… maybe not so much a blingy outfit (but if you are game for that, go for it!) but like a secret word or phrase that only us hidden gem hunters will know about. Okay I am working very, very hard to suppress my inner fangirl and seem like a reasonable adult when I say, “OMG I love you, Tom!!!” I really hope that’s the real TB, because Tom being aware of and appreciating the Hidden Gems would be amazing.

@ Susan – when one of my Gems was picked a few weeks back, I actually pulled it up in a class I was teaching and showed the students because I was so darned proud!! (I’m a corporate trainer) So “Way to Go”, fellow Gem-Huntress, and feel free to bask in your sparkle and fringe-filled glory!

I agree about the Blossom girl– I kept thinking “she must read the hidden gems section, because she’s definitely trying to get on there!’
I know Gems are all about fun and frivolity, so I hate to be a buzzkill, but I seriously think Blossom girl might be developmentally delayed or something.

I had an idea while watching the Results Show last night. Cheryl and Chelsie were both wearing gold-fringed dresses for the dance with Maks and Tony. I know I’ve seen those dresses before, probably multiple times. Is there anyone keeping track of how many costumes get re-used on this show?
Wasn’t able to participate in the HG hunting this week but good job, fellow hunters! Besides Annie’s always awesome recap (minus the increasingly vitriolic political based comments that follow) Hidden Gems are the ray of sunshine on my Wednesday mornings! @ Susan, it is NOT wrong for your gem recognition to be the highlight of your week. I was thrilled for days to have a few gems mentioned and now to know Tom (Best.Host.Ever!) actually reads them is the added sparkle on my already shiny day!!
