I am fully aware that I am FAT. I take responsibility for that.
Speaking for myself,I know I am not a slob nor am I lazy, anythng that I have accomplished required hard work, persistence and determination at no time in my life was anything ever handed to me on a silver platter.
Going to the gym 4 times a week, eating healthy is what is working for me. This is being done so I can become healthy and continue to live a productive life.
No one has no idea how challenging this is when I know I am being judged every minute of every day. I see the looks, feel the stares and the amazement that this fat person can move.
If I had the money and time off from work ( what a shock, I am a productive member of society)I would love to attend the Biggest Loser Resort.
I really don’t need your ridicule or judgement, I hear it, and feel it and yet I proceed to live my life the best way I can.
See ya!
For the most part obese people are lazy. They over eat, live a sedentary life style. Like the lady I saw today at Mc D. She ordered TWO double quarter pounders with xtra mayo, jumbo fried, two parfaits and a large diet coke. Like that made any difference. And yes she sat there and ate every bite. Then got up looked around and thought no one was looking poured out her diet coke and filled it with regular coke then waddles out the door.
And you can all kiss my tush I am overweight myself and I know its my own doing not some stupid medical condition, but i CHOOSE not to be morbidly obese.
