Kim Zolciak's 'Google Me' raises a tough question (Also, hints she may leave 'Housewives'?)

Kim-ZolciakImage Credit: Dario Cantatore/Getty ImagesThe Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak has clearly outdone herself (and Bravo’s other Real Housewives) by releasing her second single. (And you thought “Tardy for the Party” was a fluke!) Zolciak gets meta as she talk-sings through the various ways you can see just how fabulous she is: “YouTube, Bravo, check my tweets/22 million follow me” (maybe that number is aspirational?), and makes a possible hint towards a future Housewives departure: “It ain’t gonna be easy replacing me/Those other other girls they wanna be like me/But they’re just Barbies/All body no brain/Google my name/I’m doing my thing.” You’ve heard the preview and now it’s time for the real thing. (Perez has the entire song linked here.)

Because everyone can use a little Hump Day dance break, and we’re all dying to know: If you were stranded on a desert island (with neither a bottle of Maker’s Mark nor Andy Cohen to entertain you), which Real Housewives song would you choose to listen to on repeat? Translation: Which of these excuses for pop music do you find the least offensive? For me, this is a tricky one. I’m tempted to say LuAnn’s “Money Can’t Buy You Class,” because her message is so strong, but then again, Danielle Staub has a two versions of “Real Close,” (yet only one is sold with a harem of burly male dancers) which could break up the monotony of my isolated existence.

Which Real Housewives song is the worst best? Is it premature to add a future live performance of “Google Me” to our list of Most Outrageous Real Housewives moments?

She only has 92 thusand following her. That’s far from 22 mil. Am I missing something? Housewives such as Bethenny have more than triple the amount of followers…

  • Andrew

    I like Danielle’s song actually.

Kim please enroll your daughters in a “How to be a Young Lady” class. Watching your daughter eat ice cream and talking at the same time, I felt like I needed to wipe my screen off.
    GROSS!

    • Nicole

Thank you!!! I couldn’t believe my eyes. Soooo GROSS!

    • laura

thank god someone else wrote about this! i had to turn the episode off because her daughter was grossing me out so much!!! ew ew ew

    • .angela

I felt the same way, it was gross. Really I don’t think I can eat ice cream for a while now.

Kim’s daughter is nasty. This weeks episode of: “Don’t talk while you’re eating!” This is obviously an on going issue.

  • nina

yeah, i actually googled “kim zolciak’s daughter gross”, which led me to this website….just wanted to be sure that i wasn’t the only one grossed out..lol

  • Crystal

Oh my god. I googled this and I am so glad I’m not the only one. Kim really needs to instill better etiquette in her children.. or they will turn out like her. But I guess when your daughter is 13 and already talking about sex, talking with a mouth full of ice cream is the least of your worries. I guess it’s a look into the future.. It will probably be something else white by the end of the season.

  • Lo

Haha I love that all the comments here became about Kim’s daughters lack of manners. Yeah she was pretty nasty, but I wouldn’t expect less from her daughters.

  • SJU

    WHY?

  • Gina

I actually came to this site to read some comments on Kim’s new song, not bash her daughters. (personally, I think her kids should be off limits, but that’s my opinion) anyways, I hated the song!

Kids should not be on these type programs. If they are in the public eye, they will be judged by the public. Children under 16 years old shouldn’t even be allowed to watch this program.

I think Kim is embarrassing herself beyond belief!!! She sounds unbelievably conceited and claims to have the perfect life. Come on! I mean, who seriously thinks she would have managed to have a singing career if she didn’t have all that money? And who thinks she has it all together on & off set? I honestly wish her the best in whatever she pursues to make herself happy, because she does not seem like she loves herself as much as she says she does.

lol. You are talking about etiquette and you are here attacking someones underage daughter. Yeah looks like you know what class is.

  • Paul

lol. You are talking about etiquette and you are here attacking someones underage daughter? Yeah looks like you know what class is. Get a life please.

  • Cynthia

You know, I agree with the comments about underage kids being off limits. Whether an underage child has manners or not is not anyone’s concern except for their mother’s. Just turn off the channel if it annoys you. Also, can you imagine how a thirteen year old would feel if she read these types of comments about herself on the Internet? As if 13 is not an awkward enough age, she is subjected to being criticized by complete strangers!

JUST COMMENT ON THE SONG, which is what this article was about!!!

I thought Kim’s daughter looked really gross eating ice cream and talking, however I realized that she had an orthodontic device in her mouth which only made the situation that much worse. Someone should have advised her to stop talking.

  • Jess

No matter what you think of her, someone should have at least told her daughter (especially her mother) to shut her mouth why she was eating the ice-cream. It was horribly disgusting and no matter what we say, she is going to be picked on horribly for that, that’s why it’s such a hot item on the internet now. Point being, her mother should have said something. Lack of good parenting…which is exactly why anyone with “real class” doesn’t open up their family and private life to the whole world.
