Excess Hollywood: 'Sister Act' to open on Broadway

  • There’s nothing you can say to keep me away from Broadway — especially now that the producers behind Sister Act, Whoopi Goldberg and Stage Entertainment, announced today via press release that the show will premiere on the Great White Way April 20, 2011.
  • Ray Liotta, Ving Rhames, and Christian Slater have joined The River Sorrow, which follows a detective — played by Liotta — who chases a serial killer. [Variety]
