I need to read the book again to prepare me to the 2 new films. Can’t wait!
You definitely do, Joseph. I just reread it and was amazed at what I missed the first time I read it. It’s so rich and complex. I can’t wait for the movie!!!
Haha I read your comment and laughed. Because I’ve already reread so many times that I’ve already rediscovered what I missed the last time. So if I were you, my comment would read thus:
“I just reread it and was amazed at what I missed the 17th time I read it.” Hahaha.
I have already begun to read book 7 again for the second time, in fact I am almost finished. Wished I had done the same before I saw “Half Blooded Prince”.
I don’t know about that….HBP had some sections that REALLY irritated me, perhaps because I’d read the book recently and so the story as JK Rowling wrote it was fresher in my mind. There were some serious liberties taken with HBP that I didn’t care for at all…maybe it would have been better if I hadn’t been so aware of how the story was supposed to go.
Completely agree. I will definitely think twice before I consider re-reading the Deathly Hallows. I was just far too disappointed and frankly, angry, at the way Half-Blood Prince was shown. All I could concentrate on the entire time was, WAIT… this was certainly not in the book… okay I know there is something missing here, why in the WORLD is Harry kissing Ginny in the room of requirement?!
I re-read Sorcerer’s Stone just before it was released, and found myself counting the omissions, which was distracting. I’ve since laid off the books until after the movies are released.
That trailer was AWESOME!!!
seriously. can it be november 19 already?
It was amazing! Hopefully by next month they’ll be selling the tickets for the midnight screenings.
Shell cottage!
Hey EW, a bunch of other sites already have the trailer, why don’t you?
