Just end the show when he leaves. It will have been on for 7 seasons, a great run for TV. But, the last episode should have Michael naming his replacement at the very end. That replacement should be David Brent and then the screen should just fade to black.
Danny McBride is a good idea, i’d love to see that happen, i don’t hate harvey keitel, i just haven’t seen enough humor from him to be able to picture this….
I don’t get it Harvey Keitel isnt on the show to be funny. He is supposed to be the OPPOSITE of Carell. I love Carell I don’t think he can be replaced without a significant drop in comedy and the overall quality of the show but the show can go on. Dwight ( Rainn Wilson ) Would be great for the show as he is a power-hog, is one of the funniest on the show besides Carell and is the number 2 man
Jason Alexander, beat that.
Jason Alexander, think about it. He could be the top 2 sitcom characters of all time.
Jennifer Aniston. You are welcome
Unusual but great idea
HK was distractingly old on LoM, and that was a few years back. Also, he is not that funny. I don’t see it working out, but they could be on the right track. Try someone less old, more funny. Too bad Ed O’Neill’s busy.
David Cross is too busy snorting coke and being fat, so that’s not going to work.
Forget it, I’m not watching it once Steve Carell leaves.
I wish Ricky Gervais would just step into the position. He would give new life and bring his own persona into it.
Zach Galifianakis!!
I wish Stephen Colbert could do this and his nightly show! I would also love to see Bill Murray do this. The ratings would be great.
I also like the idea that Angela Kinsey and Jenna Fischer mentioned on The Office website: Brad Pitt. That would also grab some great ratings.
DANNY McBRIDE all the way. He would HILARIOUS
I love Harv Harv. I’m on his side. I hope he says yes to the show if and when he’s asked.
