Shaquille O’Neal can do anything. Badly. But give him credit for sharing his mediocrity with the rest of the world. That’s the concept behind Shaq Vs, his show where he takes on celebrities in their chosen field. Last night, he challenged Jimmy Kimmel to a monologue contest and took the stage with Justin Bieber. Shaq admitted that he always wanted to be like Fame‘s Leroy, and he looked half-decent freestyling on the dance floor.
He also engaged in a battle of the monologues with Jimmy Kimmel, who didn’t pull any punches with the big guy. Shaq was simply too big a target: “Shaq is a terrible actor,” Kimmel deadpanned. “Though I did like him in Precious.” Followed by, “Fox is giving Shaq a show after Glee. It’s called Ug-Glee.”
Still, Shaq is the best at what he does, which only he knows how to fully describe: “I’m gonna do what I do. Cuz that’s what I like to do — when I’m doing it.” Okay then.
Did you watch the show? How many World’s Best Dad t-shirts and coffee mugs do you think Shaq owns?

Back in the 80s, that woulda shut the club down. Hahaha
LOL yes I loved that line! Awww Shaq.
lol shaq like a giant compared to them all
Shaq delivered some great lines about Kimmel. Props to the comedian who wrote them. The jokes were actually better than the ones Kimmel had. Shaq just raced through them too quickly.
I love this show – as cheesy and pointless as it may be. Actually – just dump the co-hosts and keep it to just Shaq and the challenges.
Not surprising to see that Shaq throws bricks off the basketball court as well. Clang. Fail.
I think the show’s great. It’s a lot of fun to see Shaq and he does a great job of keeping it not too serious. He is the world’s greatest dad for doing the Bieber challenge!
I really enjoyed his reactions to Bieber Fever. My DVR cut off the end of the show – any chance he ended up wearing Bieber hair? I would have loved that.
