The Glee kids have really made it. First, they win a Golden Globe award, then they get their own national tour, and now? A role on The Simpsons! Glee characters Rachel (Lea Michele), Finn (Cory Monteith), and Mercedes (Amber Riley) will be featured on the season premiere of The Simpsons, airing Sunday, Sept. 26, and first look images have been released. (But where are the slushie stains?) In “Elementary School Musical,” Lisa Simpson heads to performing arts camp, where she runs into miniature versions of these New Directions members, as well as Flight of the Conchords‘ Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie as camp counselors.

i thought so too (and i’m asian). i thought they were showing Mike from Glee
I thought that at first glance too, but then when you think about it, Finn always squints and looks like he’s in pain when he sings, so maybe that’s more what they were going for.
Cory Monteith does have that look of the Asian about him. Anyway, he’s hot!

FOTC reunion! That should be the leading news, not Glee. I keep watching it, but I don’t know why, it’s not that good.
We all miss Concords but I think the Kiwis have taken a leaf from the the book of us Brits. It’s best to finish early on a high. Most shows here are 6 episodes a season and only have 2 or 3 seasons. The US bleed things dry ungraciously with 10 seasons of the same old same old. It’s quality and not quantity and Briit and Jermaine were defo quality

The only thing about this that makes me happy is that Mercedes is included. I’m actually still pretty sure that this is a mistake and it will turn out to be Quinn instead since the powers that be seem intent on shoving those three down are throats. Glee: The show that pretends to be about inclusion but really only cares about the straight, able-bodied white kids. Long live blandness!!!

while i might have not worded it the same way i completely agree. i am so sick of rachel, quinn, and finn. what happened to tina and artie? instead of adding more characters, focus on strengthening the ones that are already there

Funny and Ironic how South Park did an episode “The Simpsons Already Did It”, and here are the Simpsons doing something South Park has already done ^__^ (even if it’s in the tune of an episode title as well as a theme of the episode)
