First he falls for his annoying step sister, then said annoying sister dates a former terrorist, then he dies, then he “moves on” without a soul mate (I guess you could say Locke was his “other half” because of their father-son relationship, but still). i voted for Ian(Damon) instead of Robert(Edward) and here’s why. in my mind Robert has never captured the cuteness of Edward Cullen in any of the Twilight films. i understand that people are in love with the idea of how cute Edward Cullen is supposed to be, but Robert is just not that cute. sorry.
on the other hand, Ian has played his part of Damon perfectly since the very first episode of the Vampire Diaries. he’s been cute since day one.
and that’s why i think Damon should win.

sorry I disagree…twihard fans are voting for Robert Pattinson..not for Edward Cullen. Edward Cullen is not a sexy beast he’s a confused, self-centered, I only think of what’s best for myself kind of vampire. Damon Salvatore on the other hand does what he wants, when he wants, and he knows how to get it.
