Jenny Slates's 'Marcel the Shell with Shoes On' is fantastic

“Marcel the Shell with Shoes On,” from director Dean Fleischer-Camp and Saturday Night Live‘s Jenny Slate hits that Wes Anderson sweet spot of decidedly strange, very funny, and subtly sad. It’s wonderful:

I’ve watched this four times already! I think my favorite line is “Guess what I wear as a hat? A lentil!”

Your turn, PopWatchers. Too twee? Just twee enough? Are you enjoying hang-gliding on a Dorito?

my youngest child has srtetad school and I suddenly find I have TIME! So my goal this year is not just to craft more but to try and find the direction I want to go in and give myself purpose. I am on a budget and recycling remix would help me no end!

No way; if there isn’t enough financing for Bond 4 and The Hobbit then I can’t blame them for getting film backing from The Man.
