Craig, Matt Boomer is technically like Sara Gilbert. It is an open secret he is gay. Pretty sad/ironic once you become a public persona everybody wants to know who you are sleeping with and what is the gender. Like it is anyone business as in you are single everyone wants to know when are you going to finally settle down. Okay, now you are married when are you going to have babies and what are you going to the name him/her. Cloth diapers or pampers. Then you get the frowns from the people who think pampers etc destroy the earth and cloth is so much better.

Christina and druzilla, gay is a lifestyle choice,its an unatural life choice, and it will never be right, and children should never be put in that situation, if youre gay lesbian, who cares, keep it to yourself, no one wants to know your personal life, then when you make it known, you get an atitude, because people dont agree with your lifestyle, then so you get all bend out of shape, nobody cares what you do but you.I agree with the two ladies, it is an unatural lifestyle, and it is a choice.

Yeah, so if you’re straight but sterile, no sex for you either! If you use condoms or birth control, you shouldn’t get laid. Sex is clearly only for those with the anatomy, health and desire to make a child at that particular moment. Any other kind of sex is gross and unnatural, right? Get over yourself, a-hole.
Bingo. Guess all those couples who can’t have kids should get divorced… Wonder when folks are gonna realize that not only do people not have a choice of being sterile or fertile they don’t have a choice of being gay or straight – they just ARE.

Oh, and also, if it weren’t for medical intervention, two women or two men COULDN’T have a baby together. Just sayin’.

Again, thanks. You just don’t get it. I’ve dealt with infertility, and no, sex is not only for procreation. But I don’t agree that homosexuality is at all natural. It is a choice, or it is a birth defect. NATURE mandates that MAN and WOMAN are needed to make babies, regardless of who raises them. There is a reason that it’s that way. There, I said it. Bring on the haters.
So then can you keep your wife hidden. We don’t want you flaunting your heterosexuality.

I would totally agree. The one thing that I have never understood is why the haters even care. How does it affect your day to day life that someone else is in a committed relationship with someone else of the same sex? How does that change your life in any way, shape or form? And if it doesn’t, then why do you care? I think love is hard to find period in this world, so if you find it, wherever you find it, rejoice in finding that happiness.

I don’t hate gay people. Hate is a very strong word. My God commands me to love the sinner, but hate the sin, and ANY sex outside marriage is a sin.
This is definitely not a secret. I saw an article years ago where she mentioned that she was having a child with her partner. I remember thinking “Oh,” and then well, I hope she’s happy. I also think Melissa Gilbert discussed it in her book. It’s totally not a big deal. She’s a mom and a partner. Why do people worry about this stuff? I hope that they have a great life together. I have absolutely no doubt it’s filled with all the same concerns, hopes and dreams of a heterosexual couple. Unfortunately, I won’t be watching because this show is replacing As the World Turns, and on principle, I cannot support that a talk is replacing such an iconic soap.
