I hate it when the self-described “diabolical genius” makes some ridiculous proclamation about how he’s going to win HoH and then…..okay, tune out here, people who haven’t seen Sunday night’s Big Brother because we’re dishing Head of Household and nominations….he does! Matt, the tattooed, three-and-a-half foot tall (at least according to Brendon), evil eye-courting liar looked cool as a cucumber on that surfboard and sure enough, he had no problem gliding right to victory. As for his nominations? I can’t say I think they’re so brilliant. I can see making a deal with Rachel and Brendon that he’ll put only one of them up instead of both, but saving both of them has major risks of no one playing the veto. And I fear the sheriff won’t be voted out if the veto isn’t played; rather, my favorite Yiddish-user (“My tuches got pushed!”) Andrew will head home. And hasn’t he suffered enough? He’s either staying in a room with Weird Science (Rachel and Brendon) or enduring the secret makeout sessions of the Prom King and Queen (Hayden and Kristen). Let’s just hope someone uses the veto this week and Boobs McVegas gets sent back to the chem lab from which she came. One last note before I leave you to your dissection of tonight’s nominations: Who knew Lane would be the best comic relief of the season? My favorite lines of the night: “Inside I’m saying, ‘Matt, I wanna punch you in the face but in a good way’” and, of course, “I’ve role played a couple of times, mostly with horses and cows.” Bless him and his wonderfully camera-ready brain. What did you all think of Matt’s move? Diabolical genius or just dumb—?

first!
No one cares about this crap.
You must, you freaking loser..
well i care about this crap
MOST.BORING.SEASON.EVER.
It is dull and boring. I am waiting for a body to be removed from the house dying of the boredom.
Then maybe you should have applied, Do you think other people would say the same about you? Come on we are all human.
Is there a prize for being first?
dunce cap
I knew those where the life long friends!!
Who is the life long friends? I haven’t watched sundays episode yet.
They’re not lifelong friends. The Saboteur made that up to sow confusion and dissension in the house.
Apparently, it has sown confusion elsewhere as well.
If you mean Hayden and Kristen, according to those who watch the feeds, they snuggle and make out in bed every night… so I HOPE they aren’t cousins.
I LOVE LANE.
The two lines Jessica quotes were funniest for me this show….well, only funny ones really…
Correction – Mr. Mew Mew never disappoints. Soon as they started talking about Hayden I knew it would be seconds before he dragged out “bros before hos”
What..
Matt is insufferable!! Love Lane — want to see him roleplay with cows.
I hate dumb rednecks.
I think it’s smart but then again.. dumb. Kathy is just Kathy.. but Andrew is hilarious. Hopefully someone will take one of them off the block, and Matt can put McVegas on the block and she’ll be voted out. She could’ve gotten Matt out last week. But instead she wasted her week on getting Monet out. Not that I was a huge fan of Monet, but Rachel could’ve got a better competitor out. Plus I loved how Brittany and Monet made fun of everyone. lol.
Yeah. Not gonna happen. Brendan wins POV. Looks like Matty isn’t as smart as he thinks he is.
Thanks for the spoiler. What is it with you idiots?
@allie: You are streets behind.
Allie, you’re a douchebag, People who give spoilers like that should be taken out and shot.
Thanks a whole bunch a__w___. People like you ruin it for everybody. Hope you are satisfied.
Why does that ruin it for you. You’re going to find out anyway.
Allie also enjoys telling children that the toothfairy doesn’t exist, Santa Claus is really their parents, and that Bruce Willis’ character was one of the dead people.
GLORY12: IT”S ASS HOLE! There is no W in the word! If you’re gonna insult people then at least spell it right!!!
Teresa: Not that I’d advocate name calling, but I think Glory12 meant a** wipe.
Teresa every hear of the term as*wipe. Thats what they were saying. If you are going to be rude and correct people make sure you know what you are talking about
This is what it’s come to? Spellchecking vulgarities?
Side note: Why is it when someone on this show say A–h—, the censor the word “Hole” but keep the first syllable? Isn’t that kinda… bass ackwards?
@SLB — with that kind of logic, why watch the show, or any show, at all; just wait til the end to find out what happens.
Allie, get a life. Not all of us are losers that watch 3 hours of BB After Dark every night.
GET A GRIP! THERE IS NO WAY SHE KNOWS THAT BRENDON IS NEXT HOH.
She didn’t say Brendon won HoH, she said PoV
Matt is a douchebag. Can’t wait to see him walk out of the BB house! And yes, Lane’s quote about roleplaying was priceless. I’ll show him what roleplaying is if he’d like to explore it a little further.
I’d rather show Andrew some role playing. Starting with him in those hot hot hot ssssssss shorts! No tuches remark here folks.
ACHHHHHACCCCAAAAHHCCCAC! COULD HELP IT.
Evel Dick has complained how the evictions have been personal and not strategic in that power players are not getting booted. I understand Matt, but if his plan is to backdoor Brendon or Rachel, he should have nominated at least one of them. That way, the odds will be better that only 1 will be playing for the Veto. If that one comes off, put up the other. But, I honestly don’t think he’s going after them. He has an axe to grind with Kathy and (to an extent) Andrew and he made the noms personal. Britney is not a nice person, but with Monet (who was MUCH worse) gone, she’s much funnier. She has some great comments, and her roleplaying with Lane was fun. She needs to stay to keep the show entertaining. Once again, Kristen was a Phantom in the tv episode. I think she’s had the least camera time of ANYONE EVER after this long in the house. Wow. By and large, the HGs are more intelligent and more knowledgeable about the game than ever, and they’ve also not demonized or ostracized people. People who are “against” one another are still spending time with each other and talking. There also hasn’t been any threats of violence (other than Monet to the DR.) Some say it’s made this season boring, but I think it’s made it interesting. It’s too bad that the strategy hasn’t been very sound, but I do like that there hasn’t been the nasty conflicts of recent seasons.
Are the HG informed of who voted for whom? I know it is announced what the final score is but wonder how it was known that Kathy was the other person besides Britney voting for Matt. Or do they just find this out by admission or discussing it?
HG are not informed by the producers, but can usually suss out who has voted for whom. Especially considering the votes are typically very lopsided.
This is why I keep saying they should stop announcing what the votes are to the HG’s. Without knowing numbers secret alliances could totally flip the game around. Like last night..(and this may not be a perfect example).. Let’s say that Lane decided to start a secret alliance with Ragan and Andrew and got them to vote Matt out. Since the vote total isn’t announced the HG’s would have no idea how many people are lying about their votes. His Brigade alliance would probably think it was one of the other floaters that flipped, as opposed to one of their own. This change would probably cause just as many ‘head games’ with the HG’s as the saboteur twist did. Plus…the votes are always lopsided because HG’s are afraid of being a target if they vote against the rest of the house. Like last night, since they announced it was 7-2 people can pretty much figure out who the 2 was. Stop giving the total and they can’t do that, letting people vote how they really want to.
I think Matt’s best move would have been to nominate Rachel & Andrew. That way only Brendan could save Rachel and he’d have to a) be selected from the bag, (which BTW, I never believe contains one token for every houseguest – the producers are stacking that deck) and b) win veto+immunity. Odds: 8-1. Results: Barring a miracle out of the Old Testament, Rachel goes home.
Instead, he’s left both Rachel and Brendan open to play for the veto. In other words 4 to 1 odds. If either of them win, they keep nominations as is.
Bad move, super-genius.
I don’t know what to call it…cheating perhaps. That letter Matt got from his wife was absolute BULLSHIT. Anything in the letter that would lead the houseguests to believe he has been telling the truth should have been removed. I had a sinking feeling this would happen, and it just isn’t right.
Why are people cooking meals for her? Is she helpless? Unless Matt ok’d it with her that he would lie and say she was sick. It’s all weird anyway you slice it.
I would guess that the two of them worked it out ahead of time. “Cheating” or not, pretty cleverly-written letter.
I took it as meaning that maybe Matt did all the cooking at home so other people were cooking for her to take his place.
I agree, I think that the two of them plotted this ahead of time; it seemed too perfect that her letter made her sound like she’s sick when clearly, she isn’t.
YO!YO! I don’t think he is married.
Naw, that letter was pure genius! She couldn’t overtly lie, but she wasn’t telling the full truth. The whole tone of the letter portrayed a valiant young mother struggling with a tragic disease. But she never even mentioned not feeling well.
The reality is that the “people cooking meals for her” could be working at McDonalds.
The true brilliance of the letter? By not in any way directly referencing her disease, she looked so brave…
She said she was feeling better. Great backup, not too overt. Still, the Johnny Fairplay move is for slimeballs like Matt.
I thought it looked like he was on the verge of laughing while he was telling the story to three different people. I am surprised that anyone believed him – if they really do.
It will be so much fun if he is caught in one of his lies!
I like Matt. I know who wins POV, and I’m thinking this person will use it.
I know who wins POV and I know without a doubt this person will NOT use it.
Same here..the way the cards fell really made Matt look like a genius. He so arrogant yet I love him.
He won’t use it. Matt’s stupid *ss plan failed. Mensa wants their card back Matt. Worst HOH ever.
If that person uses the veto, an ally of that person could be at risk. That person WILL NOT use the veto.
I thought if you wanted one of two people to go home that the way to ensure that is to put both of them up so one of them will go home. I hope Matt’s diabolical plan blows up in his face. In other news Kristen’s Diary Room count for the night= zero!
I know who won also. Saying whether or not the person will use it helps tell those who want to be spoiler free if one of the nominees won it.
That said, and I’m trying not to give anything away, there is absolutely no question what the winner of POV will do unless this person is not playing in his/her own best interest.
Just tell me.
Hint: If you want to know results (as in who wins HoH or POV before it airs), go to the BB12 Wiki page, or watch BB After Dark on SHO2.
Or you can read the live feeds at jokerupdates.com, it’s free
Matt is a straight-up dumba*s. He thinks he’s soooooo smart. Ugh. He drives me crazy. I liked him to start, but he, and the entire ‘brigade’ really, are getting on my nerves. Plus, I love how they are ready to turn on their own re: Hayden and Kristen. Nice alliance, guys.
Ah, the Brain Trust brigade.
Who’s in charge of vetting the applicant’s resumes? Because from where I’m sitting these clowns are just a Jerry Springer segment waiting to break free.
LOL nice.
Boobs McVegas – love it.
Matt made the dumbest move yet. I know who won POV so he has to live with his stupiditie. I hope Kathy stays just so she can get back at Matt.
Perhaps knowing how to spell “stupidity” would assist in him having to live with it.
How the hell will Kathy be able to get back at Matt? Win a competition? Ya, right.
How is KAthy going to get back at him? Win a competition? Ha, ya right. She’s pathetic.
Meow Meow don’t eat no baby food, yo!
meow meow luvs his friskies…
