Darla better win this one – Illyria was around for what, three/four episodes of being creepy? Darla was part of the Buffyverse from almost the very beginning, and we actually knew her.
Yeah but Illyria was hot. And I don’t even like girls. And she was around for at least half of the last season.
Illyria was hot and awesome. She had soem of the best comedic lines that show ever saw. She was also there for the final battles. I love Illyria and found her way more interesting than Darla. Illyria could talk to plants! Haha! Loved Illyria. I think Amy Acker deserved an Emmy for the seamless transition from sweet Fred into the god-king of the universe Illyria.

Illyria was the best. Hilarious and tragic (Wesley’s death scene–just breaks my heart thinking of it). Darla was just irritating for the most part (until her death scene).
This is an unfair matchup. Darla was a cold blooded b*tch but she was awesome. Illyria is hotter though but she’s a hell god. How’s a vamp supposed to compete with that?
