She will always be Becca to me, but Lucy’s death on “ER” is very iconic and one of the most memorable TV deaths.

Also, I still see Jensen Ackles as Eric Brady on DOOL. Sometimes, I wish he was not so successful so he would come back to the show and straighten out Sami and Nicole.

Betty White. To my mother, she was a contestant on games shows, to me she was Sue Ann and Rose, and to the FB generation, she’s the 80-something who is everywhere these days.

    Christy!

Ahh! Thanks for the article. Im a few years off from being Gen X but most of my pop culture associations are from that time. I loved Life Goes On- I remember watching it as a kid and getting upset about the dog being forgotten in the opening credits each time.

Tom Hanks. He has so many amazing movies…but I always think of “Big”. Now my daughter really knows him only as Woody from Toy Story.

Kellie is one of those actresses whom I have enjoyed all of her performances. That being said, to me she WAS Christy. She was perfect.

THANK you to the reader that said she was Christy to them. I was wracking my brain as to why I knew her face. None of the characters in the article meant much to me. But she’s CHRISTY!! That’s it!
