I swear – this movie has been in development hell for so long, that by the time it comes out, no one will go to see it!
i am praying that he does, to see smaug brought to life by the brillance that is peter jackson….. i read the books years, ago. first the hobbit and then i was hooked. i read, and reread them, and when i heard about the movies coming out. it was omg! he captured the essence of j r r tolkein perfectly. when the fellowship started, and the zoom in to hobbitan…. i knew it was going to be wonderful. all things, hobbits, gandalf, the beauty and grace of the elves, the ringwraiths.. everything was as my imagingation saw them. make it complete mr. jackson. please
YAY! I hope he directs The Hobbit! I don’t think it could be done with another director in the same fashion as the LOTR movies. He has a brilliany vision of middle earth and easily conveyed that on-screen. Please please please let the planets align so Mr. Jackson confirms he will be directing The Hobbit!!!
Yes!!! Pete Jackson to the rescue. Just like Gandalf at the battle of Helm’s Deep!
OH MY GOD! Could anyone else but Peter Jackson direct it! He did the Lord of the Rings movies right!?!
So why would you want anyone else. I thought along that he was doing the movie. I hope he is the one picked, no one else will do.
