Last time I checked, Emma was a model too.
Whatever they end up doing, I wish them all the best. I have had so many hours of fun watching them grow up on film and mature as actors.
Emma Watson will be attending Brown University. She picked Brown over Trinity College, Cambridge (among numerous schools in the US) because she wants a more balanced education. Go Brown Bears : )
The thing is, unlike teen movies like Twilight, the HP actors are actually talented and good at what they do. Daniel, Emma and Rupert are GREAT actors. I hope they go on to have thriving careers – they deserve it! Good kids who are good at their job.
Continued success seems quite likely for these three. Dan has already received accolades for Equus and will be starring in the revival of How To Succeed in Business Without Nearly Trying. He, like most talented Britich actors, love and respect the theater. Rupert will, I suspect, have a long and successful career as a character actor. He can do drama and comedy. Emma is taking time off to attend an Ivy League university, much as Jodie Foster did years ago. I thought quite a lot of her performance in Ballet Shoes.
I agree with you. Continued success is very likely. According to the Today Show, Emma is currently filming a movie. There’s no word on what film it is, but it’s not a Potter film.
I think they all will be hits in UK movies (big and independent works), but I think Dan will more likely stick to the stage, and also do some directorial work in the future(since he showed interest while filming DH). Emma really doesn’t like acting forever, which is why she went to college, but I see her following her degree work and also being a spokes-model, with bits of acting on the sides…and then, in 30 years from now, they will reunite to do a new version of Harry Potter films, where Dan plays Sirius (or better yet, Lucius Malfoy), and Emma plays Mrs. Weasley and Rupert as Mr. Weasley! Yes, it has been foretold!
I think Emma Watson is absolutely brilliant and, whether or not she decides to do nude or topfree scenes like Daniel Radcliffe did in ‘Equus’ (which is NOT the same as pornography by the way), if she does continue acting she will be totally smashing. I think she is quite able to succeed in anything she chooses to do in any field.
They can do whatever they want, they have the talent and the resources. At the end they would do whatever they want without caring about other people’s thoughts as it seems they are not interested in fame at all.
I think Dan will have a great career on film and stage. He’s talented and great looking. I have no real opinion on the other two and their future. Maybe Rupert will be a British character actor.
