Brett was a terrible Project Manager. He was unaware of the schedule which will kill your chances in any project. He was disorganized, forgetful, and late, and missed days. Summer Sanders had to keep him on task and remind him of his responsibilities. It is suppose to be the other way around. Summer was more of the Project Mgr than Brett. Summer knew Brett lack Project Mgmt skills. She alluded to this in the end. Brett lacks the basic skills needed to be a successful Project Mgr. His deteriorating health helped him to win sympathy. His daughter was used to help him win sympathy points in the end, which was a cheap shot by a terrible Project Mgr. In the business world Brett would have been out of the picture, sent a get well card and flowers, and immediately replaced by the next strongest business professional that could perform the job.

Dear KHARP52, get off the crabs kick, not everyone is of you world in that aspect. For that show everyone put their life on hold just to be able to focus and be on the show. Everyone gets sick an dmanyhave illness they have to battle. There was a time Brett left for reasons other than his health, this is where youjudge the real dedication. Having a child with autism consumes your life and your life is on continuous hold, not just for a show. Everyone’s life is put on hold that is close to a child with autism, and of couse the childs life is put on hold because they depend constanly on the mother. You have no idea. Brett’s daughter could run in and jump and comunicate on the show. Holly’s child could not. There is a reason for that- Holly’s child is sicker. Holly did the better job. Not every project will be 100% perfect but she did the job every time. Brett barley did the job of a Project Mgr, this is why he had more time to dedicate to creativity. Holly beat his socks off and Snapple knew it, hence the $ donated to her charity.
