Donald Trump may have decided to fire no one last week on Celebrity Apprentice, but he promised this week that blood would be spilled! Heads would roll! Someone would be completely annihilated to such a degree that not even dental records would be able to identify the victim! Okay, that’s being a bit dramatic. But he did promise that someone would definitely be fired. Maybe even two people! He had to make up for lost firing time! After introducing everyone to the two least charismatic corporate executives on the planet, Trump tasked the teams with each coming up with three live radio spots for a bunch of poorly named home service-related companies like Benjamin Franklin: The Punctual Plumber and Mister Sparky. After spending the first half of the task preparation making farting sounds with Sharon Osbourne, Project Manager Bret Michaels created three smooth and slightly edgy spots in which he cracked wise about plumber’s crack and complained about being “hot and sticky.” The executives appeared mildly horrified but preferred the Michaels Touch to that of Tenacity’s Summer Sanders, who smothered all three of her ads in a huge vat of weak sauce.
In the end, after listening to Cyndi Lauper try to recite history as learned through an HBO miniseries, and attempting to understand why the women weren’t fond of his new Bromance partner Curtis, Trump fired Summer for the fact that she had no killer instinct in the Boardroom. LOL Big Dave! What I want to know is how someone like Trump managed to raise at least 3 of his kids to seem earnest, hardworking and serious instead of spoiled rich brats! Kudos to him and his ex on that one. The boys may have creepy hair, but they don’t seem like rich boy entitled jerks.
Unless it was Ivanka, who also seems pretty business savy.
summer is boring, and that’s why she left. they want to mine the potential drama between sharon, maria and curtis now. i’m surprised no one brought up how uncreative summer is, how she constantly defers to holly in order to make a decision and her refusal to reduce the copy in the ads.

Bret is awesome, he is so creatively intelligent. Pairing Bret and Sharon was a great move for the show. Switching Bret to the other team will make next weeks episode interesting! Prayers go out to Bret Michaels for a full recovery.
It’s really all about the head to head of Holly and Cyndi next week. Holly has had no respect for Cyndi at all, and from the preview it looks like it finally blows.
Holly was a moron this episode. She was the one arguing to take Cyndi Lauper off the lead vocals. Cyndi was the only thing about the commercials the executives liked!
I was kind of wishing Summer would follow her advice, so we could see a true train wreck, and then Trump would have had no choice but to fire both Summer AND Holly.
I completely agree but Holly is a moron in EVERY episode! What a control freak! I am sick and tired of her digs at Cyndi, she is JEALOUS. Holly should have been fired because she told Summer to reign Cyndi in, had they let Cyndi do her thing they would have won. Holly was “proud” of Cyndi for not being herself???? Cyndi needs to stand up for herself!!!! Creative people make up 10% of the population, Holly, this makes them rare. Why is Cyndi letting Holly make her feel like a freak, when she is really a diamond?!?!
How about when Holly was saying she wanted to let the other vocalists sing because they were professionals? Isn’t Cyndi a professional?
Oh My God. I was yelling at the screen. Professionals?? Professionals?? And Cyndi Lauper isn’t a professional!! I need Holly gone. She’s gotten a boatload of money for her charity. Her work is done. Goodbye!
I can’t stand Holly! It was driving me crazy when Holly was whispering to Summer to give Cyndi one specific task behind her back. I can’t wait and hope that Bret and Cyndi put her in her place!

Haven’t watched yet, but wanted to comment on his kids…They are Trump employees and they did earn their jobs. I give the Trumps a lot of credit – in their crazy world, they kept their kids out of the limelight and raised kids who (so far) are good role models as compared to the likes of Paris and Lindsay. Both Don Jr adn Ivana have said their parents emphasized getting good grades and working hard. Also, spring break trips weren’t handed to them, they had to save their allowances unlike some of their friends.
i have to agree. invaka in particular is very articulate, and seems like a very down-to-earth person considering her upbringing.
Ditto. All three of them seem like they understand that life is about hard work and integrity and none come off like they are entitled spoiled brats.
Trump has many unlikable qualities, but his children do seem so grounded, intelligent and put together. Totally agree with your children and admire How trump raised his children, many people should take note of this.
Summer is incredibly boring and without Holly would never had made it this far. The two of them made a pretty catty pair however. This season is sooooooo boring with no real drama to speak of. It seems they have to contrive a fight like the out of nowhere “we don’t like Curtis” thing. The Cyndi drama seemed to fall kind of flat, as did the Sharon/Holly thing. Too much of a love fest this year – booooooooring.
Thank goodness Trump didn’t fire my eye candy, Curtis.
The only way this episode could have been better would have been if Trump had fired that insufferable Holly, as well.
The reason Tenacity lost was that Summer refused to listen to reason about trying to pack too much information into a 30-second spot. She deserved to be fired.
Curtis is growing on me he’s certainly nice to look at AND listen to. And respectful of women what a gentleman. Lesigh.
I just can’t believe that Trump’s breaking up Rock Solid and switching the guys around. But I guess he figures that Bret and Sharon are unbeatable.
Not to be mean, but Eric Trump has ZERO personality, even less than his brother. He’s also a bit fugly. I think the show should be Trump, Ivanka, and then someone from a past season who knows what they’re doing.

Losers shout in all-caps. Cyndi and Sharon are far from “losers”. They’re the only reason I’m watching – they also are the main creative forces of the female characters. Brett is the top male, no question. Holly has got to go, thought maybe we’d get rid of both of them for holding down Cyndi’s creativeness. She’s the type of PC friendly uniqueness those execs were looking for but super-prude Summer was a control freak.
Clue to all future control-freak wannabes – you can only be one if you can back it up. Summer & Holly cannot back it up (Summer much less so).
Cyndi’s strong Queens opinions apparently boil over onto the other two next week as it appears Bret asks her to quit yelling at Holly. Ha! Fun!!!
