Details has released all three of its May 2010 True Blood covers featuring Alexander Skarsgard, Ryan Kwanten, and Stephen Moyer. I know Skarsgard is the only one with his own PopWatch category, but I’m going to have to vote Moyer’s as the sexiest. Give the covers a look but not for too long: You’ll start noticing things like how nicely Skarsgard’s and Moyer’s heavage bookends Kwanten’s naturally bare abs (and loathing yourself). We’re takin’ it to a vote after the jump.
The interviews have also made their way online. We find out just how much of a young romantic Skarsgard was, and how proud. Best show trivia: He studied Bela Lugosi’s Dracula, Murnau’s and Herzog’s versions of Nosferatu, The Lost Boys and hours of nature documentaries to develop Eric’s patented look. “It’s, like, you see this big male lion, and he’s chilling in the sun, and he sits up and he looks at something, and you don’t know if he’s going to pounce or if he’s just going to go back to sleep,” Skarsgard said. “You never know if he’s bored or he’s frustrated or what.”
Kwanten’s chat reveals that while he’s not at all hung up playing dumb on the show, he wants you to know there’s more to him than his body — like some book he’s writing. Best show trivia: Alan Ball, who spotted him in the movie Flicka (?), swears he didn’t see him shirtless until they shot the pilot. “He came on to the set and I thought, ‘What the hell is that?’” Ha.
Moyer’s sitdown reveals how serious he used to be: When he was young, he only wanted to do theater, but agreed to do a cheesy coffee commercial for the money because it would only run in Scandinavia — Skarsgard grew up watching it and likes to tease him about it. Hilarious. Now, however, he’s definitely loosened up. Best show trivia: Our fascination with his pronunciation of Sookie baffles him. “We were given that pronunciation very early on by Charlaine Harris herself. Sookie rhymes with cookie. It doesn’t rhyme with kooky,” he said. The writer, Meghan Daum, asked him if he calls Anna Paquin that at home. ”All the time,” he deadpanned. “When she’s chained up.” Naughty sense of humor and likes to swear. Am I now on Team Bill?
I’m definitely on Team Eric, but I think Ryan looks the best. ASkars looks a wee too thin for me there.
I think they’re all sexy, AS is the brooding bad boy, Steven Moyer is the rugged, manly type, and Ryan Kwanten, well, he’s just………. well, did you SEE the cover? I rest my case.

It’s unneccessary and churlish. Moving along, Alexander and Ryan and clearly beautiful, beautiful men but I find myself more attracted to Stephen. Though I wouldn’t kick any of them out of bed for eating crackers. In fact I’d scoot over to make room for Sam!
I wouldn’t kick any of them out of my bed either. I like Eric and I think the team thing is Twilightish. In this poll I had to give it to Stephen. He’s just all manly Marlboro Man in this one. Very darkly, vampirishly handsome here. Plus when you look at the picture of him on the inside. That one is really hot and I don’t see why that didn’t make the front cover.
Then I have to ask: are you blind?? Stephen is SOOO hot!

I’m not blind and as much as I hate to, I have to give this one to him. This is just so many man and I’m loving the chest hair. I’m getting tired of the metrosexual chest hair shaving. Give me some hair to play with.
Even though I like Eric, I must agree with you on that. As much as I regret to, I must give it to him.
I like Stephen as an actor but physically he DOESN’T do it for me at all, either. He looks much older than Alex & Ryan. I think because of all the frown lines and fine wrinkles on his face. He looks even worse when he tries to dress like a young guy in all those candid pics they take of him and Anna in L.A. It just emphasizes how old he looks.
Alex and Ryan are both cute but Alex needs to correct that Forward Head Posture which so many people have nowadays from using the computer for too long. I think Alex has forward head because of his height and always bending down to talk to others. He’s a cutie but his poor posture makes him look like a nerd.
Yeah, I do hope Alexander fixes this problem. I had forward head posture for many years but I started to visit a Chiropractor and now it’s under control. There are many health problems associated with FHP because your hips and internal organs actually shift with this bad posture. SO I HOPE HE GETS HELP WITH THIS FOR NOT ONLY HIS LOOKS BUT HIS HEALTH!
My son had this from using the computer for too long. It was affecting his breathing at night and not too mention he looked very nerdy and insecure which in turn made him act insecure. The forward head posture encourages shallow breathing because the ribs and diaphragm can no longer move properly. Alex needs to get this corrected asap before it gets worse or seriously affects his health.
I can’t say which one is hotter but I gotta say EW’s cover with Clash of The Titans is meh.
Alexander Skarsgard has the best cover by fay. Ryan looks uncomfortable. but just because I’m on Team Eric doesn’t mean I can’t love Stephen Moyer’s sense of humor (which I do). He’s just not as hot as Skarsgard, and Bill is not as awesome as Eric
