Chuck and Blair won’t be broken up for long. I like them together. If I wanted to watch a show with no character growth I’d watch Two and a Half Men or something.
Don’t you remember they played a version of Assassins on Felicity?? Definitely a real game!
Agreed with Melanie there scenes put me to sleep they just need to make it the Blair and Chuck show and maybe sprinkle in a threesome with Nate once in a while LOL!
SO OVER Blair/Chuck. They’re supposed to be 19! Why can’t they, for once, act like it? No more of the stupid games or familial espionage or people getting screwed over. So sick of this couple and the way they’re written.
the plots are like roadtrips, they take long and once you think your there…boom; no, were not there yet.
As I hate serena and the fact that she always gets what she wants without trying, I can say that I’m happy she has a little bit of competition in Jenny. As for Chuck and Blair, i don’t know what the writers are thinking but this speedbump better lead them down a road where they are roleplaying together again. P.S. next weeks episode looks like a Carter Baizon revival! Love.
CB , i loved em , they made this show !! I cant think of anything Chuck can do to redeem himself…
I guess I’m the only one that likes the Dan-Vanessa relationship….it’s the only one I can relate to since I’m not a rich socialite living the fab life on the upper east side…haha give it a chance this Tisch school plot could be interesting
I love DV as well, so you’re not the only one.
And I think the Tisch subplot could be interesting for DV. I think it’ll be interesting if Dan’s the one who gets in but finds out that Vanessa applied and turns it down so she’ll get in. I personally enjoy NS and DV more than CB b/c they don’t play games constantly.
There are plenty of other shows on TV with relatable relationships. If you don’t like watching “rich socialite[s] living the fab life on the upper east side”…why on earth are you watching Gossip Girl in the first place?
Loved the episode even with Jenny being a manipulative little bitch the entire time. Using being ruffied as a way to make a guy you’re crushing on want to hang around you is disgusting. And the fact that Nate/Serena are both so nice to her just makes it even worse. I thought NS were very sweet especially in that final scene where she handcuffed him. As for Chuck/Blair, can she ever forgive him for using her like that. It’s one thing for them to scheme together but what he did was so much worse. I love Chuck but what he did was horrible even if she was willing to do it on her own without his knowledge. Oh, & I loved Eric being all protective of his sister & her boyfriend. I wonder how he’ll be when their dad shows up in a couple weeks.
the dan/venessa… should prob be written out of the show. it doesnt seem as though anyone likes them. Are they going to do something about how ratty jennys hair? really, in swank upper east side the girls run around with stringy extenstions like that? Did anyone else but me notice how ugly Nate’s sweater was? Look like something he borrowed from S
um, i LOVED nate’s sweater! I thought it was super cute and he looked hot in it
wow has this show gone in the toilet or what… eric is the absolute worst character EVER in the history of television…if they could bump him off in a truly fruity fashion it would do wonders for this show…
As a college student as well there are ALWAYS games of Assasins going on in different varieties. And no, people are not drunk. So totally got it
I haven’t seen the episode yet, but I don’t agree that Dan and Vanessa should break up because they’re more plausible than him and Serena. I always agreed with Blair about how Serena could do a lot better(so could Dan.) I happen to think that it’s cute how they were friends first before they became a couple. I hope they keep up with that storyline.
“So I guess it’s safe to say Chuck and Blair never saw Indecent Proposal because otherwise they’d realize what a mistake it is to have significant other sleep with a creep.” Safe to say they didn’t see Beverly Hills 90210 either, since they did this plot in season 6.
Te assassins game looked – interesting! And I don’t know if a bunch of high scoiety college kids would play it, notice Blair and CHuck had more GROWN UP things to tend too….which I HATED that. I knew in some sick twisted way it wsa going to come back in bite them in the butt. NO ONE can cheat under any circumstances and get away with it….Hello James and Woods!! I do hope Blair and Chich rekindle their romance though – they BELONG together.
Dan and Venessa are sooo boring! They need to throw in another chick to mix things up a bit. They are sooo much better as friends, I think this will come out in the show!
And Jenny….she needs to be spanked. Doesn’t she know better than to mess with Serena?! Nate – is the best! WE should clone men like this character – Mr. Knight in Shining Armor!!
