I too know pandora personally, for 20 years, i was there the first night she went on stage, i even competed against her in a comedy pageant, no one has the resilience that man has, hes clever , witty and knows his place.
I think they misunderstood that she wanted to make her mom the center of attention, she show cased her mom who seeems to never of performed before, and she did it so well, they construed it as her being weak. Blah,She did exactly what she wanted ,shes confident enough to take the backseat, let someone else shine, as long as she did the polishing.
I LOVED Pandora. HATED to see her go, and she was right that they didn’t have what she wanted. Santino seemed jealous of her creativity every week – it was maddening. She will go far because of her great personality. I’m rooting for Juju, but I think it’ll be nasty Raven or Tyra…and that makes me think less of Ru.
Rupaul has truly shown herself to be the racist she really is…it is obvious that she WILL NOT have any anglo drag queens win her show. The first season, no anglo contestants in the top 3. Second season, no anglo contestants in the top 5. Bebe was a nightmare! The only reason Nina Flowers didn’t win is because they thought she was too old. In the second season, Tyra should have been voted off the show the second week and the first week they should have eliminated that fat, nasty ghetto thang from Chicago with the horribly bad attempts at the splits. All the male models on the show are African-American both seasons. How about a little diversity. You can’t tell me there are no gorgeous latin, anglo, or asian male models!! FYI, Ru, green is not your color!! Stop hating the anglos!!
Um, Luke, in the Top 5 are Pandora and Raven – are they not Anglo? You’re wrong. Secondly, Rupaul cannot be racist because Black people cannot be racist in this country…they can be PREJUDICE, for sure, but not RACIST. Learn the language, my man.

This is one of the most ignorant sentiments I have ever heard. EVER. Every time I hear it, it makes me want to scream.

ANYONE, black, white, brown, whatever, can be racist. ANYONE. Being black does NOT give people a pass from being racist dicks.
What black people cannot be is White supremacists. Which is a FORM of racism, not the NORM of racism.

The above being said, I do NOT think Ru is being racist, I think she simply has a certain image in mind, and sadly, as much as I loved the HELL outta Pandora, she did not fit what Ru was looking for.
Cest la vie. Pandy-bear can – and SHOULD – get work anywhere now with her sense of humor and the face time being on this show gave her.
TYRA WILL WIN.RAVEN WILL BE RUNNER UP.It’s not about who we think will win or our favorites at this point. It’s how the show is going and what Ru, the producers, and the judges want.
I love the show. I do believe the final decision about who goes or stays is up to Ru. However, I do not believe it has anything to do with color. Now for last year Bebe consistently beat the other contestants and she/he’s not pretty at all just well put together. I like Tatianna (not a big fan of her clothing choice or wigs), but nonetheless I really do like her. I also think that stink butt Raven will win (with her old self). I would like to see Tatianna and Tyra in the top 2. Juju is cute but I think she’s weak and not very good under pressure. Just my own opinion…

Lets get something straight. this is a competition with drag queens, not singers or women, so “draggy” and “wiggy” should be compliments, not downfalls. I honestly thought it would come down to Raven (oh your wisdom in playing this game right) Jessica Wild (Works with what she has and the ENERGY) and Pandora Boxx (a representation of everything a queen should be), I love juju but THAT MOUTH!!!,its a non-comedic overexageration of what a mouth should look like while singing! tyra.. juju said it best, next drag superstar shouldnt be a lazy bitch. and tati… tati… u so not worthy of the top 5 sorry, I’ll take pork chops from last season instead
This show is in dire need of new judges, santino’s off beat sense of fashion has already been rejected on another show, maybe paula can join and contribute as much.

I mean, really? With her stank dress that looked horrible on the main stage? Akashia said it best: she looked like a football field.
Ilove!!! Tyra she is amazing and her costumes are awesome. I hope she grows and stays focussed. She is beautiful!!!
Raven’s face and body still looks like a man. Her eyes looked weird in the satelite interview. And, I HATE her nonstop talking SMACK about Tatianna. I can’t stand Tyra’s voice and no one seems to notice she still has her baby teeth. These two gotta go. Let Tatianna and Jujubee have the top two. They deserve it.
TRAGEDY! Pandora Boxx was, by far, my fave this year and should have made it miles further than she did. Granted, she’s not super glam (and maybe Ru+producers feel glam would work best for the majority of folk in the states) but I think she would be the best possible ambassador for drag. Her humor, self-depricating nature, inherent kindness, fabulousness and, most of all, intelligence, would have made her drag gold. Ah. well, at least this season brought her to everyone’s attention so now she can go on to be a star all by herself!
I must be the only one who loved Tatiana. She was the little engine that could. People complain that she’s whiny but she was there for nine weeks with a bunch of haters. That wears on you. Especially that bitch, Raven. Hate her.
On Untucked, Tatiana finally said what she thought about everything and I think that she was dead on. I knew she couldn’t win, not because she was so pretty but because of her inexperience and lack of willingness to follow the judges recommendations. You just have to win, honey, once you’re famous, do what you want.
I like Jujubee a lot but I think she’s a back stabber.
Speaking of back stabbers: Raven! Telling Tatiana how she’s never said negative things about her and they cut to Raven saying all this horrible stuff about her. You try dealing with that level of hate every day.
So saying all that, I loved, loved, loved Pandora box! But I knew there was no way that Ru would choose her. Ru says it all the time, she’s looking for a glamorous drag queen and I definitely think that a third of those contestants were just picked to make for some easy elimination in the begging. I mean, look at last year. Did anyone REALLY think that Tammy would win? YIKES!
From the very beginning I knew that Raven would make it to the end. I’m surprised about Tyra though. She’s beautiful but when she opens her mouth, UGH! She doesn’t even try to soften her voice. I just don’t think she’s ready.
Raven is, for the most part, polished and ready to be a star. She could do a little better with some of those wigs. One of them was so far back on her head that she looked like she was going bald.
Jujubee can’t win. I like her. She’s beautiful too but she makes too many mistakes. That’s going to hurt her. And her lip-syncing. It’s so over exaggerated that it’s hard to watch. It’s like seeing a fish gasp for air when they’ve leaped out of the fish bowl.
Oh, and Nina was SO robbed last year! I see her on the commercials and can’t stop admiring her. She was spectacular.
Great show though. Wouldn’t miss it for the world!
Lady Bird, I’m totally with you .. I love, love, LOVED Tatiana. After Pandora Boxx, she (Tatiana) was my favorite (I love that gorgeous smile). I can’t stand Raven or Tyra, either one, and it pains me that one of them will win (we all know it won’t be Juju). I won’t even watch the last episode, because it’ll piss me off. The good ones are all gone.
And to Nina .. I actually cried when she lost, simply because she was so incredibly gracious. She’s SO sweet, and was SO cute when Bebe won. Both of them are truly drag QUEENS.
And that’s the end of this diatribe.
Let’s face it, this show is RuPaul looking for the next RuPaul, not America’s next drag queen. From the many comments above it looks like America is ready for a new kind of drag queen while RuPaul still lives in the past. I’ll keep the show on my dvr though, just for the chance to discover fun, wit and talent like this season’s Pandora Boxx.
And there you have it, Kids. Classy, sophisticated Bebe deserved her win (although it was awfully close, bless Nina’s heart) – classless, rude, immature Tyra did not. I’m so disappointed, and in Ru personally, as his (I don’t even have the respect to call him “her”, now) was the last word. And, true to MY word, RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE is off my list of things to watch. Forever. I’m considering dumping all of my RuPaul music, too. ** NOTE ** If you’re cute, talented and a little “quirky”, but you’re not “of color”, don’t even think about trying. Who’da thunk … RuPaul is a bigot …?
I was super sad to see Pandora leave…and I absolutely can’t stand Tyra, just plain annoying! Knowing that Trya ended up winning just makes me think that Ru picked her early on because I’ve never heard Ru say anything bad about her during her critiques. If had to pick the next drag superstar, I’d either want Pandora or JuJu, because they were my favorites!
