After the jump, her latest Sue’s Corner, in which she speaks out about “Sneaky Gays,” men who, unlike Liberace and Oscar Wilde, are not “so flaming they can be seen from space.”
“Jagger, Bowie, you knew they were women,” she says. “But nowadays, this internationally ranked cheerleading coach just can’t figure it out.” As an example, she offers Neil Patrick Harris. She hears he’s gay, but then he plays a cardigan-wearing womanizer on TV. “And then I heard a rumor you’re not actually a doctor. So much sneaky gay deception,” she says.
“Adam Lambert, you’re on the right track but still too subtle,” she continues. She suggests he “swish it up a bit.”
“Black nail polish? Swish it up a bit. I want to see enormous fuchsia rhinestone-studded gay claws so cumbersome you can’t even perform the most basic acts of personal hygiene.” The bottom line: “Swish it up, gays. Because if I can’t tell who’s gay, how will I know who to judge?”
“Swish it up a bit” — a new catchphrase?

I assume Jill means the part where Sue talks about going to the voting booth to deny gay people their rights while enjoying the benefits of gay people’s work (like humming the music of Adam Lambert). Comedy, yes. Valid point, YES.

jane lynch was borne to play sue!!! my only thing is on the character is whats the point of focusing all your energy in trying to lways bringing down someone!!! shes obviously not confident in her own abilities , i say yes to strve to be better but not with out having to be such a bully!!!

So how’s it going to work when NPH himself guest stars on “Glee” as a completely different character? Will they at least nod to the fact that whatever character NPH plays (apparently Will’s rival) looks like the real NPH? Just sayin’

In the same vein, though: Rachel and Kurt LOVE Wicked. But how does it play out that Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth are both guest-stars on the show? I think we’re supposed to not look too much into it. (Although, yeah, it bugs my nerdy little heart, too.)
I guess the same way it does for Jane Lynch, who is openly gay and plays a gay hater on tv.
If you notice, she’s actually not hating on gays in particular. I love that the writers very subtly made sure that her crass comments weren’t ACTUALLY attacking homosexuals.
This is just a promo. Just for fun. This and NPH’s guest turn will not be mentioned together. He will guest as another character and this will exist outside of the Glee world/cannon.
