Funnier Meredith quote: “It’s coming off either way” – continuing to take off her dress. Meredith, Creed, Andy….I love them!
This was one of the best episodes of the season! I think the writers have finally figured out that the Jim and Pam thing is just not working; those two have become insufferable, and the big reason why last night’s episode was so great is that we weren’t forced to endure the insufferable, self-important Pam. Jim’s character really got to shine without Pam around, and we FINALLY got an ep where the supporting cast was given center stage again. When the writer’s write for the ensemble, versus just Pam, Jim, and Michael – the show is hilarious. More ep’s like this one, writers! (and if you have to focus on a couple, make it Erin and Andy.)
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the whole Andy/Erin thing is forced.
He only likes her because she’s cute and nice and the new girl in the office. He liked every cute girl in the office, that doesn’t mean it’s love (remember Andy/Angela). He’ll fall for any girl, pretty much.
It’s boring and forced. Just because they’re “goofy and cute” doesn’t mean they’re good together.
