Just realized that Simon, who had been waffling for years about whether to leave Idol and do X Factor America (or whatever they’ll call it), made the jump just before this season started. Was it because he knew how awful this group was?
Adam, I think you did a good job behind the scenes. Keep up the good work.

I would not be a bit surprised if Crystal doesn’t get totally PO’D at the whole shebang and walk. She clearly isn’t enjoying the experience, and often looks to me bored and/or upset.
I think she looks like she’s having a great time. She just hasn’t spent the last 15 years in front of the mirror perfecting her Pageant smile.

Good God, I love David Cook! I hope we get to hear Kelly Clarkson this season, and please, let’s have a duet with Siobhan & Adam Lambert on the finale. Would love to see them compete for top dawg while tearing the roof off the Kodak! And get Allison Iraheta’s butt back on stage with Bowersox so they can show those wimpy chicks (time to go, Katie) what performing is all about! P.S. Great American Band sucked, but I loved the Clark Brothers! This will be their 2nd time on AI so someone else must dig them.
I’m a huge Archie fan, and I have to say, Alex was really growing on alot of folks in my fanbase. We were very sad to see him go, and it still dominates our discussions about A19. He just had alot going for him, and we were really looking forward to watching him grow in confidence and stage presence each week. Yes, I’m glad Cook performed great, and I’m glad that Siobhan is still around to break the monotony. But my heart’s not in it now that Alex is gone. I don’t even care who wins, and I’m probably done reading any more articles about this season, too. Once again, great job, America.
Siobhan is the best! No one else comes close her voice and singing is perfect she’s beautiful she’s marketable she’s a superstar in the making! Crystal is dirty, can’t sing to save her life, always sickly, did I mention dirty, overrated blech. Lee seriously cannot stay on pitch, he sounds like everyone in the radio right now, has zero personality, extremely pretentious! So please people don’t degrade Siobhan by saying she’s in the same league as these two homeless people, Siobhan is far and away the best singer and performer this season! Everyone else pales in comparison!
I generally find that displaying this kind of douchbaggery on behalf of your favorite tends to turn people off of the one you’re attempting to promote.

1.) “who would be your dream guest Idol performer?”. ADAM LAMBERT! 2.) The Producers HAVE been sympathetic to Crystal’s medical problems. They did a first-time-ever and switched the boy/girl performance schedule because she had diabetic problems two weeks ago. 3.) I agree that the Judges should be able to use a “save” before the Top 12. I remember when Simon “saved” Clay Atkin. 4.) Better yet would be letting the judges cast half of the votes like “Dancing with the Stars”. But maybe that would interfere with the massive revenue AT&T gets from their AI “Power Voting” text message monopoly. 5.) Miss Lilly. Criminal that she left so early. But what do you expect when one determined (or paid) person can send in thousands of votes per hour.
I agree that Anoop would be great! Are any of you sick of Ryan and Simon’s crap? I feel uncomfortable watching them. I think this is the worst season ever.
I think the judges are telling the these guys too much. They are trying to do what they want and it is not enough. Too much showing off and not enough down to business. I am tired of Kara hanging on to Simon. Just say your peace and get on with it or no judges and let America choose on their own.
