A YouTube video was making the rounds over the last few days featuring Taylor Swift’s lovelorn anthem, but with a very cute gay reinterpretation:

I know everyone’s going to jump all over me and say I’m wrong for saying this, so I don’t know why I’m bothering, but this video is offensive. The fact that they’re gay is the punchline here. They were well-intentioned, but @BeepBeep is right–why didn’t they get to kiss at the end?
This made me a bit teary-eyed. I love it. Well done. I guess the tears are at seeing something so sweet and in the mainstream about a same sex crush.
