Prepare your unflattering weaves for tonight, friends. Because we are only about one hour away from the premiere of cycle 14 of America’s Next Top Model! And are we looking forward to some ch-ch-changes, or what? For one, tonight’s premiere will see the introduction of new judge André Leon Talley, who is stepping into Miss Jay’s very big heels spot on the panel this cycle. Will he layer himself with a new lining of fur with every elimination? We will soon see!
And though I know RuPaul’s Drag Race has threatened to usurp Top Model‘s title of fiercest modeling show on the airwaves, I still can’t help but have an unwavering affection for a show that at first produced gorgeous photos like this, and has since morphed into a series that produces heinosity like this. So leading up to tonight’s premiere, I ask you, PopWatchers: What is your favorite Top Model moment? Look at my favorite below. (It’s an obvious one, I know.) But I want to hear your thoughts!

ericalee, I’m with you, I really miss Janice’s honesty.
I always thought that was the most ridiculous moment. Dont get me wrong, i love when Tyra loses it, but she was basically just angry cuz the girl didnt cry. She was just trying to make light of the situation and Tyra was basically like “Wtf? Why arent u suicidal cuz i eliminated you?!”
P.S. I like when she barks the word “Learn!”
I love the reveals of the country they visit.
Remember when Tyra fought with Sutan-in-drag about who was the real Tyra, and they decided they had to go to Tyland aka Thailand?
Or the time she came out dressed as a kangaroo? And then Russian Natasha took about five minutes longer than everyone else to figure out they were going to Australia?
My favorite was the infomercial for Smizing (supersmize?) and the makeover ep where she pretended to be a princess and Ms. J was the evil hag who fed her a poison apple. Oh Tyty You nutter. I am looking forward to this episode and hope they have found a great cast to play off Tyra’s insanity.
I honestly miss when this show actually seemed to be about modeling (which was really only season one, but still). I haven’t watched since cycle 10, but I think my favorite Tyra moment was when the entire panel broke out into a “She don’t wanna be here” song, and then Tyra had a gospel solo at the end.

I don’t really have a favorite so far…well maybe the bald girl who grew up in a cult, but I loved the part when the girl took off her wig to reveal long, thick hair.
I was not expecting that.

I loved it when Janice Dickenson was on the show.
My favorite moment was when they were doing the photo shoot about homelessness, and Ty Ty said that it was issue that was intensely personal for her…because she had done an episode of the Tyra Banks Show about homelessness.
