'Totally Lost': We break down 'Sundown,' visit with Evangeline Lilly, and provide teasers for tonight's episode

It wasn’t feel-good, but it was damn good: Last week’s episode of Lost, titled “Sundown,” featured an intriguing game of chess between Dogen and UnLocke Read the full post.

I love Doc Jensen, but i do think he is losing his mind and reading a little too much into the show sometimes.

    • Gina

Maybe, but I don’t know. I mean, reading too much into a show that makes references practically every scene? Battlestar Galactica didn’t do this ever really, but when its Last Supper promo photo released, some people caught on and went “Wait! They’re trying to tell us something!” Because there was a big mystery we didn’t know yet. And with Lost being a constant mystery, they are always doing this. There have even been a few scenes this season shot exactly like others from seasons past that had a similar story. Which seems to be intentional given this season is about parallels. I recall one of them I saw: Kate finding Jack playing piano (in s3) and her finding Sawyer drowning his sorrows a couple episodes back. Every shot/piece of direction was identical. Not to mention, different emotions but a similar revelation. So, it’s their own fault for making us read into it. ;)

Great quote that someone posted on Facebook:
No one will say whether Disney is planning a Lost ride, but creator Damon Lindelof has an idea of what it could be. “Just put people in a dark room, spin them around for a minute, have them walk out of the room, punch them in the face and say, ‘You’ve just had the Lost experience.’”

  • Charlotte

And you are a troll. What is your problem? You don’t know this person, why are you insulting her? Also, if you don’t like Jensen, why are you here insulting strangers?

  • john

    I actually agree!

  • Addison

That was mean and unnecessary YZYZ. You suck. Tori, Jensen and LOST rock!

  • Amelia

    Tori, don’t listen to YZYZ.

And I agree, Jensen rocks! (oh no! I guess that makes me a sad lonely woman :) )

  • Debbie

You hate him so much you read his column, and took the time to bitch about it? Jeff & Dan are both great!

  • Debbie

I forgot to point out the fact that only a pretentious jackass would use the term “jackarse”.

  • Anne

YZYZ, ever heard of something called “projection” in regards to personality traits? That’s when you “project” personality traits that you YOURSELF actually posess onto others. In conclusion, YOU are actually the sad, lonely, pretentious, arrogant, prissy jackass.

  • Pete

    LOSER!

  • Nihilistic

I actually concur with YZYZ. These women who feel the need to give the columnist props and address them by name as if they’re actually friends in the fantasy world they’ve concocted to nullify their sad, lonely little lives make me sick. Looks like a lot of people don’t like hearing the truth but again and again you’ll see my point perfectly epitomized on these boards. Oh, and Jensen, word up, keep up the great work! Drinks at Heaven Friday night on Susan again hahah! One day she’ll get us to pay, but not anytime soon!

  • Nihilistic

Oh and Charlotte, you’re belittling YZYZ for addressing a person he doesn’t know but I think you actually made his point for him. These columnists are not your friends, people. Get over it.

  • Jesse

Tori, it is ok to have an opinion. I’ve checked the internet rule book and it says it is perfectly fine. No worries. Keep having an opinion and don’t worry about negative commentary…because apparently, they are entitled to their own opinions even if it is stupid (look I entered my own)

  • taco

    only pretentious people say arse

  • Gina

What the heck is going on? I think a couple people here don’t know where they are. This is a freaking COMMENT section of an article/video post. They post these things for all Lost fans – to provide entertainment. That’s all! Nobody is pretending to know them. Why would we? Though it seems as if a certain person wants to make it very clear they DO know them. To you I say, WE DON’T CARE. We’re here because we like the show and at times we get a little lost. And this place tends to provide answers, or at the least some hints.

Anyway, great column once again! I look forward to these every week, especially if I’m scratching my head over something. Thank you both. :)

  • ****

Well YZYZ, that worked. I realize you’re probably just some little fat kid hunched over a keyboard who giggles with glee every time you succeed in riling an internet person but yeah, everyone’s right you’re a f***ing c***. Now go play outside, you need exercise.
