Michael and Lisa Marie was the first one I thought of. There’s a truly disgusting kiss in Not Another Teen Movie between Mia Kirshner and a much older woman parodying SMG and Selma Blair in Cruel Intentions.
Any old movie kiss where they stare longingly into each others’ eyes, and then somewhere, a gunshot goes off, and BAM! They’re making out, and it looks a little painful. They just look like they’re smashing their mouthes together. Ouch.

Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie at (I think) the Oscars (when he told the interviewer they had blanked in the car on the ride over). A little less bothered by her and James Haven–there’s a certain amount of crazy that’s tolerable from Angelina.
Bachelor Jason and the poor, crying and subsequently snotty Bachelorette. Eeeew.
I forgot Heidi and Spencer, Snooki and the Situation, and Jack Black and some old guy in Saving Silverman. The worst kiss in one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.
I actually thought the Jack Black Saing Silerman scene was just funny. It was clearly not meant to be anything but over the top and funny.

Kim Basinger and Klaus Maria Brandeur (Sp?) in Never Say Never Again. You see a string of saliva as they pull away from each other. Very traumatic watching it on the big screen!

Almost hate to bring it up, being lunchtime and all, but one of the grossest thing I’ve ever seen was Flavor Flav sucking NY’s toes in the tub. BLECH!

I have not seen an on screen kiss since Winona Ryder and Christian Bale in Little Women. Don’t know why exactly, but it scared me for life.
THAT’S the one I was trying to remember! It’s because of all the saliva–there was literally a string of it between them! Gross!!! Also the one later with Winona and Gabriel Byrne was a big yawn–no chemistry.
I was hoping someone else would point that one out. Totally ruins the moment to see that huge string of saliva.

Any kiss Julia Roberts is a part of is just awful to watch. Her eyes are partially open and roll back and she moves her head so much it looks like she’s gonna swallow their head. She did it to Richard Gere and I just watched Stepmom yesterday and she did it to him too. Gross!
Totally. Thank you for mentioning this I thought I was the only one who was slightly grossed out. The final scene in Pretty Woman were they kiss on the fire escape makes me laugh every time. So awkward and her eye is half open. But really, any Julia Robert movie she makes goofy faces. How is that supposed to be romantic when your laughing?
