    I agree with earlier comments. First was Debi Thomas’ Olympiv bid with Carmen. It was so SO Unfortunate to see such a great athelete have such a nightmarish program on the most important LP of her life. If I remember; she was in 1st place going into the Long Program.
    And women’s Figure skating REALLY is NOT as facinating since Michell Kwan retired. I miss EVERYTHING bout her. I still watch ‘but it’s not nearly as thrilling !!
    I miss Paul Wylie too, He was such a COMPLETE skater !!

    It probably wasn’t Olympics & I don’t know who did it – early 2000′s sometime – As the girl was coming down from a lift, her skate caught the sleeve of her partner & the sleeve stayed attached for ages, just stretching longer & longer. I had just had surgery and the laughing was absolute agony.

    The “fall” i remember most was either @ 1998 or 2002 when The man tossed his partner in the air and did NOT catch her. Does anyone remember their names?
