Okay. Now that that’s out of the way, here’s the scoop: we have the lowdown about who is taking the guest judge chair on Project Runway this week. Want to know? The big news is after the jump…
Georgina Chapman, queen of the red carpet gown house Marchesa, will be joining Heidi, Nina, and Michael in the Parsons auditorium this week. The British designer (who is also — whadya know! — married to Runway producer Harvey Weinstein) already did the guest-judge thing in season 5, facing down Leanne, Korto, Jerell, and Kenley in an episode entitled “Nature Calls.” It was the one where Kenley made that gawd-awful purple dragon-scale dress and Jerell actually won.
Anyway, Georgina Chapman. By all accounts a classy lady who knows about fa-fa-fa-fa-fashion. And clearly, she’s conscious of bringing her all to the panel. Notice how, in the photo above, she does her best to follow Nina Garcia’s lead and look at once interested and indifferent? That’s strictly for advanced-level fashionistas only. Do not try that at home, kids.
But wait…does her presence on the panel mean the challenge is going to be related to evening wear? Snore. I sure hope not.

i know! this is one of the few articles that doesnt….BUT people would complain…as they always do.
The show is going to feature regular women that are part of the Go Red campaign in honor American Heart association but don’t know what specific look they will be designing.
